So, walked in and was promptly greeted. Explained that I needed my screen replaced on my iPhone. I take it out to show the guy and he presses all over it, and while he is telling me my battery is swollen and causing the screen to bend, he turns it on and my screen was split in half! I couldn't use half my screen! I work 2 blocks away and have been very careful with my phone (have had a bent-ish screen for months!) so I really don't think this happened in my pocket. I called him out on it as soon as I saw the screen and he said "Look, you can't even use the screen now". He proceeded to talk about other things with my phone and didn't address the problem of him breaking my screen. He priced a screen and battery for me, but I declined and walked out because he broke my screen and absolutely refused to acknowledge it. I went back to the office, called this place and asked to speak to the manager. He asked what was wrong and I told him about the staff breaking my screen. He reveals that the guy I'm speaking with on the phone is the one who "helped" me in the store, and said that he is the manager and owned the store. I calmly explained to him what he did and how I watched him do it right in front of my face. He REFUSED to take responsibility and tried offering a $10 discount for both screen and battery instead. I said no thanks, and to have a nice day before hanging up. I am SO upset - I ended up just buying a new phone since it was about the same cost of what he would charge for a screen and battery. My Galaxy A32’s power button had stopped working, and after visiting two other repair shops that wanted to charge me just to diagnose the issue—without having the replacement button in stock—I decided to give this shop a call.
The gentleman I spoke to was incredibly helpful. He confirmed they had the part in stock, quoted me a very reasonable price of $40 plus tax, and assured me the repair would take about 20 minutes. True to his word, I was able to bring my phone in the same day.
While parking was a bit tricky due to the busy Saturday crowd, the experience inside more than made up for it. The staff was friendly and efficient. The person who had spoken with me earlier recognized me right away and got straight to work. Just five minutes later, he returned with my phone—fixed! He explained that the power button wasn’t actually broken, just stuck from a previous drop. Instead of replacing it unnecessarily, he repaired it on the spot and, in an incredible display of honesty, told me not to worry about paying for it.

Read moreI recently went to this shop to get the screen fixed on my Galaxy S21, and I was also checking into a new phone for my wife. But, after getting the price of the screen repair, and the prices of some really nice, gently used phones, i decided it may be best to get my s21 replaced as well. It was getting old and having other problems anyway. To my suprise, by the time i was leaving, i had bought myself a Galaxy S23 Plus, my wife a Moto Stylus 5g, and a galaxy watch that was 3 years newer than the one i had that also had a broken screen. The kicker is, i gpt all of this for just slightly more that the screen repair that i was originally seeking, and for a little over half what the new phone for my wife wouldve been at Tmobile with her upgrade eligibility. Sadly, we had a few issues with getting my wifes phone connected to our account, and the guys at The Phone Clinic went above and beyond to make her happy. And take it from me, shes not always easy to make happy.lol Anyway, i would definitely recommend anyone to go to this shop for any of you mobile device, or home computer needs, along with whatever other services they provide. The guys there were the nicest people, and they do whatever it takes to treat the customer right. From now on, i will definitely go to them before i even go to my phone carrier to resolve any issues...
