460 Fitness sets the standard for high quality fitness training. The facilities are the highest quality I’ve seen in dozens of crossfit facilities. The only place I’ve seen more equipment is in a military facility with a nearly unlimited budget.
The coaches care about their clients. They are all knowledgeable and experienced. Many have backgrounds in college or professional sports. They bring good attitudes and wealth of knowledge.

None of this would be a huge deal if it wasn't so expensive, but even so I've been to gyms with a tiny fraction of the membership cost with much better equipment.
Most of the staff seemed nice and the facility was big and clean. I was impressed they had jerk blocks as most CrossFit gyms don't. The guy giving me a tour (manager?) was very nice and kept...
