I received a lash lift and tint with Katie. Katie was super nice absolutely wonderful. This was the first time getting a lift and 4th time getting a tint. By far the best tint on my eyelashes I've received. I've gone to other places where the tint isn't as dark as I want or didn't cover all of my lashes . I have very blond hair. I have very mixed review on the lash lift though. I was hoping that it would eliminate the need to to wear mascara and eliminating the need to curl my lashes but sadly I had to wear mascara bc my 1 eye curled more than the other. The one eye looked just how I would want but since the other eye did not I still had to crimp and wear a little more mascara to match the other eye. Katie did say that she took notes for future appointments so next time adjusting to where adjustments need to made and it was my 1st time with her, but I struggle with wanting to go back and paying another 90$ in hopes it comes out with both lashes looking the same and the results I'm hoping for. It's alot of money for me for a trial and error type situation. Yet I do feel like Katie could pull it off maybe if she got to know my type of lashes. I'm unsure still if I will try it a lift again. Read moreMy lash service techs have been amazing! The techs and support staff in general have been amazing; the company and management… horrific customer service. Management treats clients like they are second rate and cycles through great techs quickly. Each time I go back either another tech is gone or the receptionist is… It’s a management issue not a tech or receptionist issue. I’m sick of the awkward vibes from management and the lack of real customer service. The staff can be late or cancel due to illness, but clients can’t reschedule or they are charged! Ok, so you want clients to come with COVID and subject other clients and techs to illness?! It’s repulsive! Like I said, the techs are amazing. The management is seemingly uneducated on how to run a business and client retention. They are harsh with clients and at the rate their employees leave, I’m sure they feel taken advantage of too; honestly, if it weren’t for the techs; I’d never go there. I’ve been looking at other salons and tried a few, but love my tech, but I just simply cannot support an owner of a company who treats clients horribly when they pay them for a service! Preposterous! Read morei have been going to flutter lash for several types of services for around 6 months now. i truly loved the vibe and flutter lash is where i found an esthetician who has always treated me well and gave me beautiful lashes every single time i saw her!! she is so sweet and amazing and i haven’t stopped seeing her since. recently i scheduled a lash set with her and get a call from the salon asking me to reschedule with someone else. i ask why, figuring maybe something came up or she was on vacation, just to get told she got let go unexpectedly. i cancelled my appointment and will go elsewhere for lashes as i will not support a business that is losing estheticians/techs left and right. i have seen this happen since i started coming here as a client. i now realize there’s obviously a deeper issue here if this salon can’t ever stay fully staffed. this salon may seem pretty from the outside, but it seems to me things are handled very unprofessionally and i will no longer continue to come here due to...
