Burlington — Local services in Blaine

I'd rather go without than shop here. There are no sales staff to assist customers. I was here for about an hour an saw exactly 1 sales associate on the floor, minus the people manning the registers. While I was at this location, they are in the process of remodeling, so the store is a mess and kind of dirty.

I wanted to try on a couple swim suits, but the ink tags were attached in such a way that it was impossible. The ink tags were holding the top and bottom peices together.

I wandered around the store for about 5 minutes to locate someone to assist me and finally managed to find a sales associate not on the registers (the checkout lines were epic, so I didn't want to wait just to ask about the ink tags). I chased him to the registers, then waited till he was done helping them for another 5 minutes, then had to chase him again, while hollering across the store to get him to stop walking away.

I asked him about the ink tags and how I could try on these swim suits and he said that it was "corporate policy" to attach them like that and that he couldn't help me. That he was busy with a layaway item. He also went on to say that I was free to stand in line and have someone at the register remove them so that I could try on the 2 swim suits. I laughed and responded that this was ridiculous.

This was the first time I've been to a Burlington coat factory and I won't be back. This place is a joke. I plan on telling everyone to stay away from this crappy store. There are lots of much nicer...

This is a great place to buy brand new designer clothes at deep discounts, with pricing comparable to (and in many cases even less than) Walmart's clothing prices. They also have an ever-changing selection of overstock shoes and household merchandise that was sourced from loads of top-notch stores.

As a size 18-20 plus size woman, this is the one and only store that I can always count on to have a wide-variety of clothing that's both fashion forward and very affordable. It's also where I purchase my teen's clothing at the beginning of every school year.

As much as I appreciate this store, it does have some significant long-time issues that can't be ignored, and have only gotten worse in the Covid landscape. This includes:

• Cleanliness - entire store is unkept, dusty and dirty. This includes floors, carts, racks and dressing rooms.

• Layout - floor plan is neither fluid or sensible. It's too complex cluttered and not esthetically pleasing.

• Organization - racks are messy, scattered and crowded, with merchandise sporadically misplaced throughout the store.

Ultimately, If the prices weren't so incredible I'd be inclined to leave a lower rating; however, the value and savings that Burlington offers is great enough to offset some of these problems, and makes the extra time it takes to shop here...

This store is horrible at customer service. The check out time is 20 mins if not more, the customer services reps all have attitudes as if they hate their jobs . The manager of the store has no clue what they are doing . I brought my mother up there twice to shop for my 5 year old niece. After getting home only to find that 4 of the ten outfits we bought didn’t have security tags removed . Bought a bottle of perfume for 35.00 only to find the sprayer was missing but the box was wrapped as if it was never opened. Brought it back and I was told it wasn’t on the receipt but I paid for it! showed the manager my receipt and he couldn’t explain the change diffrance ( meaning someone charged me for it but kept the money for them selves) After waiting 30 minutes to resolve the issue with the security tags that were left on the clothing I left very frustrated. The remodel is very nice but the customer service, wait time to check out and how the manager resolves issues are horrible. I will be contacting the regional or corporate office about this store because it’s extremely unprofessional and shouldn’t be called a retail store. I used to like coming to Burlington to shop for my family but I will never again waste my time going to this...
