This place is amazing!!

The atmosphere is by far the best out of any local store. It's a great aesthetic that feels so cozy and inviting :), I've come in here with my laptop to do some work and I felt right at home, and it's fun to hang out with friends for a few minutes after you get your drinks.

The drinks are great! Some of them can be a bit too sweet... specifically the fruit teas. Even with the sweetness level 50% or below, it can be overwhelming at times. Though drinks like the smoothies are much more reasonable! I'll keep trying drinks here and there, maybe I had bad luck, and I can't judge the entire menu until I've tried it all. See for yourself!

The staff are always nice and friendly, I have never had a bad experience and I doubt I ever will.

They're pretty quick at making the drinks! I like the cups they come in, cute design.

Seating is plentiful and it has never gotten cramped.

Overall, great place, I would highly recommend this over any other fast food place in the area. My only request is that they add Poke bowls at some point, but...

Went to try this place out, I unfortunately got a Jasmine milk tea because when I asked if they had a plain or regular milk tea type they couldn’t give me a definitive answer. I understand they may be new but none of my questions were really answered at all. Afterwards I asked what the flavor of the supreme milk tea was and again they told me they could not really explain it- I’m all for giving grace but it’s hard to pick and know what to drink when not even the employees can explain it to you… I really ended up hating the drink I got as it was my first time. I went to see if there was any possibility they could do something for me or make me a different drink which they declined. I understand from a Buisness perspective but it just didn’t give any customer service catering whatsoever. I had to end up just taking the L and leaving with an awful drink. So I made the venture to Freshly Leaf tonight. I Tried two of their drinks. One was their signature royal tea. And the other one was there a tropical fruit drink. I had read reviews saying that this was some of the best milk tea that anybody had ever had. I have gone to many places and had bubble tea. I’ve been to many places recently and had Royal milk teas. Hands down their signature royal milk tea was the best milk tea I have EVER had. The owner was there and told me that the reason it taste so much better is because they literally brew each tea it’s self each drink is made one by one. Where as most places take short cuts or use powders. I highly recommend this place if you were a bubble tea enthusiast. Or even if you just want to try it for the first time it is so good!!!
