Goodwill - Blaine: Ulysses Lane NE — Attraction in Blaine

Hi, I've been here before, but apparently haven't written a review before today, monday, August 11th, 2025. There are two parking spots for charging your car on the side of the building. Also, take a cart as soon as you walk into the doors, it's easier now versus later. The checkout guy was super cool, told me ahead of time that they didn't have any bags to put my items in. I saw all the other people working diligently. And as some reviewers have previously said, things were kind of in disarray, i noticed that in the clothes, if I was searching in a size 1x, there was extra Smalls , like three shirts that didn't belong there. There was also sports bras mixed in with other items that didn't belong there. Now is this employee error? Or is this customer error, who knows? I feel like most of the aisles were very clean of anything on the floor, and also just they were pretty good organized as like all this office supply stuff goes in this office supply section. I was shopping in this store.I was looking through their bigger pictures that were housed in a cage like display .It broke apart and literally fell over on me.I sustained pulled back and knee muscles and I left my name and phone number with them.This happened Monday October 17th 2022.And it's been 4 days since the incident report and my injury was reported to Management..Noone has called me to check in with me to see if I'm ok...Here's the kicker they still charged me full price for my merchandise I bought and I left them a donation for their cause..None cared about my wellbeing at All!!!! They didn't offer an ambulance or anything else nor a discount.Nothing..The cashier who had to run to help me with the heavy pictures I was holding up and literally trapped under ,she asked me a couple times if I was ok...which I told her I was ok but I pulled my back muscles..I limped through the rest of the store and finished my shopping.But you would think 4 days later after being hurt in their store Someone would have called me to make sure that I'm ok...Nope....I'm boycotting Goodwill...

I bought a big shelf and I could not carry it to my car. So they will have to help me. I go to the donation area because THAT is usually where we get large or heavy items picked up…. Well I’m 8 months pregnant and they brought it out from in the store, but made me LIFT it and put it in my car all by MY SELF and then rushed me to get out of there when I was not even done positioning it in…. Thankfully it was not TOO extremely heavy but after 10 minutes I still feel lower back pain from having to do that… they were not willing to help and said I had to do it MY SELF as the employee watched and rushed me. There were at least 4 other employee I could see inside the warehouse too. Hopefully I do not develop any...
