My experience with Life Storage in Chicago Heights was exceptional. The customer service was great, the manger Rochelle was very helpful, patient, understanding and well knowledgeable. My wife and I leased a space here for six months, after relocating to the area from out of state. From start to finish, Rochelle and her team were phenomenal in getting everything set up for us at a really great price! We never had any problems with our unit and the staff was always friendly.
