Very disappointed. I'm a regular costumer and I have my call logs and my husband's to prove it. On July 9th I called to make an order. I also order a large horchata. When I paid for my order. I felt my bag and it didn't seem like my horchata was in there. I asked the girl for my horchata to which she said it was in there. So I left. Shame on me. When I got home the horchata was not in there. I called back because I was furious. I called and the girl said I drove off without the horchata. How is this possible if I stayed to ask where my horchata was? The girl said she would give me credit for my horchata. Then we had our food and the meat was burnt. My husband and I spoke of how the quality of food and service has slowly been changing. Since we have been biweekly customers since 2016. So we gave them a break for a while. Fast forward to end of August we gave them a chance again, global pandemic, we want to support small business. I remembered I had a credit on my horchata. So when I said that, they said they had no record or it, but I did. They refused to acknowledge their mistake. They even said I had no credit. I used the same number to place the order and to call back about the mistake. Ladies and gentlemen make sure you check your order and if they say they will give you credit when they make a mistake make sure they do because they will try to say there is no credit...
Read moreI ordered a veggie burrito.. it was amazingly good . Only issue I had was that when I called to place my order the woman who answered said they couldn’t tell me the price until I got there . So I’m like uhm okay I’ll just order when I get there . When I got there I placed my order via drive thru .. when asking for the price again they told me they can’t tell me until I get to the next window to check out . I wanted to pull off because for one how don’t you know the prices of things if you work there and then the lady acted like she had an attitude bc I asked the pricing & I wanted to add stuff to my order . And then why tell me one thing over the phone & then another when I get there . But anyway .. everything else was fine . I’ll definitely order again . They just need to have better customer service and learn the prices of the food they sell....
Read moreThe food is decent. My issue with Burrito Station is EVERY SINGLE time I visit, there is an error with my order. While waiting for my food order to cook, typically others are complaining to the cashier that their orders are not whay they ordered. I have come to realize that this is just how they operate, these are workers that dont care enough to get orders correct in order to keep customers happy. My final visit to Burrito Station was today - yet again they screwed up my very easy basic veggie burrito order even after I asked that someone please double check that it was correct. Im done with this place. If management doesnt care enough to hire people that want to take the time out to read orders and make sure they are correct, they wont receive another dime from me.
