The Infernos Band — Attraction in Bloomfield

This is Krista Gatto, Tara’s sister, aka the sister of the bride, from Saturday night’s wedding at the Park Savoy!

I am writing to extend my thanks to you and to the entire Infernos Band for making Tara’s wedding on Saturday such an incredible and unforgettable experience! All of our guests were absolutely amazed at the talent of the incredible Infernos! As always, they were so engaging, were filled with so much energy, and brought the reception to life! It was amazing to see that the dance floor was PACKED from the beginning to the end of the night! Thank you so much for making Tara’s wedding absolutely perfect!

First, there was Vince, whose voice was that of Frank Sinatra, himself, who made Tara’s father-daughter dance amazing, and who could forget the superior talent and amazing arrangements of the brass section! There are literally no words to describe the energy that filled the reception space! It was breathtaking and so surreal!

Last, but certainly not least—the incredible ROBIN sang, Celine Dion’s “Because You Loved Me” while my sister (the bride) danced with my mom, and I, along with my father, joined in as the song continued. The whole reception was so touched and moved with emotion, including Robin! It was a memory that will last forever, to say the least!

We love you all so much, are so grateful that you made Tara’s wedding so special and unforgettable, and look forward to future performances by our favorite Infernos!

Everyone raved about our band, and musically, they’re incredibly talented.. they know how to keep a party going, no doubt about it. However, as someone who struggles with anxiety and had communicated this clearly throughout the night, I felt disappointed and ultimately overwhelmed by the way my boundaries were handled.

Despite politely expressing multiple times that I did not want to be brought up in front of the crowd, the lead singer continued to push that boundary. By the end of the night, he physically grabbed me by the arm, something that triggered a full-blown panic attack. Crying, hyperventilating, it was the most difficult part of what was otherwise a beautiful day.

I want to be clear: if you love being the center of attention and want a highly interactive, energetic band experience, they will probably be a great fit for you. But if you’re someone who prefers a more low-key presence or needs your personal space and boundaries respected — this may not be the right match.

The final blow came when they posted a photo from our wedding on their Facebook page with the caption “we were happy to make your dreams come true,” when in reality, that moment marked one of my lowest.

I don’t share this to tear them down..they are great musicians. I share it so that other couples who may have similar sensitivities can make an informed decision and feel confident that their needs will be heard...

The Infernos played at my sister's wedding nine years ago. When I got engaged, and was setting the date, I called the church, the venue, and then the Infernos to make sure they were open for my date before locking that date down. Yes, they're that incredible! To me, music and food are the most important elements of a wedding. These are the things that everyone will remember, and there was no doubt who I wanted to trust that responsibility with. There are the people at a wedding who will be on the dance floor no matter what, but what really sets Bobby, Kenny, and the band apart is that they know how to get EVERYONE on the dance floor and involved. They especially make the bride and groom feel so special. It has been just over two weeks since our wedding, and we haven't stopped hearing compliments on The Infernos and how much everyone enjoyed the party. There is such a spectrum of talent within this band that your guests will be blown away, and unless they have seen The Infernos before, they will not have had a live music experience of this caliber.
