Bedtime Boutique — Attraction in Bloomington

I've never shopped here but for my first time it was definitely not a very good experience at all whatsoever it's 2024 so it's new ownership however the lady there was absolutely snobby disrespectful very unprofessional and was just watching me from head to toe staring at me stalking me throughout the whole store as if I'm going to steal something it made me very uncomfortable and on top of that as soon as I open the door there's a big ass dog right there I make huge animal lover and I love dogs however that's not something I want to see while shopping especially in a store that I've never been to and with the dog being literally right there at the front door! And when I went to return an item with my receipt apparently there is a no refund however the item I've had was not something I wanted to purchase to begin with as I felt pressured and very uncomfortable throughout my shopping experience but try to return it the next day and wasn't even able to get out two three words before she sarcastically pointed up at the no refund sign! Didn't even bother to look at the item that I purchased it was the same lady at that too!! I will never shop here again and in my opinion I hope none of y'all do either like why is this business even up and running it's something that should definitely be shut down I get this less than one star but unfortunately there's not that type of option! And on top of everything else the prices are absolutely too expensive it's ridiculous!...

For those women who don't like to hear the truth, shut off your computer now. I am a size 22 and wear a 42GG. I have never had anything but great experience from the staff and especially the owner of Bedtime Boutique. I appreciated the explanation of how a bra should fit and feel. I also appreciated having the opportunity to see the difference between how a well fitted bra looks and how my Land Bryant bra looked. By the way, the Lane Bryant bra was fitted by Lane Bryant staff!!@! For the woman who is a size 22- you're kidding yourself to even think that a 2x or 3x in a corset is going to fit. The owner has every right and responsibility to protect her merchandise from damage. Not everyone is willing to pay for that which they ruin in the world of retail sales. The owner has never been rude to me or any of my friends who also travel great distances to get to her store. July 2014- Back again to buy more bras. Love this store. I always leave with bras that fit like a second skin. They spend time educating about bra fit and proper care of the bras to increase their wear "life". Great store- never...

I wanted to try this place out, as I'd heard it's good for larger chested women. We attempted to go there three different times, the first they were closed, and it was my fault for not checking the store hours (just assuming they'd be open). The second time I did check the hours on their website, but they were closed for the holidays - but the modified holiday schedule wasn't posted anywhere. The third time I called, and was able to get in for a fitting. I'm at least a DD, and they tried to get me in a B cup! I thought the girl had misread the label, but she was serious...she kind of just went around and grabbed a bunch of random sizes to see if they would fit, even after measuring me! After trying on 8 different bras, I requested another salesperson. The manager came over, and started doing something similar. Out of 15 bras, one might have worked, but when we heard their return policy (no returns, only exchanges or in-store credit) and saw the price ($70, which I'd be more than willing to pay if it was returnable in case it didn't work), we left.
