The rental policy of TIS does not make sense at all. There is literally no way for international students to rent a book at TIS unless they hold a U.S. driver's license (and almost every international student doesn't own a car, and they only hold international driver's license). They require a state-issued ID, but rejected valid passports, valid US visas, IU student card and even a newly-issued social security card. Since one store clerk said social security card will be okay, I brought my newly-issued US social security card for the next visit, but they also rejected the card since it doesn't show my photo (WHAT???) The default, original form of Social Security Card does not have photo.This policy totally does not make sense and I cannot understand why they are keep enforcing this policy even though it has discriminating effects on international students.The manager's attitude was totally inappropriate, and she just kept saying it's store policy and I must purchase the book or leave. First and foremost; I walked in on game day and was from a rival city; solely here to support a family member playing for IU.
Secondly; the staff is kind and professional; was given some joking grief but everything was tasteful. This store was clean and organized; to which I truly wish every campus clothing store across the board was like this. If I ever had to come back or recommend a store, this would be THE PLACE to go.
Third; this place has all the apparel you could be looking for. The store is evenly split between men and women with a solid amount for all the sports gear. You'll have no problem finding...

And also when ordering these shirts their system charged my card twice but said it didn't go threw. Thankfully my bank corrected the error because I emailed my bank.
