A stunning blend of history, nature, and culture! This place is the heart of Bloomington and a must-see for visitors. With its gorgeous limestone buildings, charming walking paths, and rich arts scene, it offers something special for everyone.
Walking through the iconic Sample Gates, I felt the welcoming spirit of the campus. I loved exploring the peaceful paths, especially in the fall, when the trees burst into brilliant colors. The Eskenazi Museum of Art was a highlight, with impressive works from around the world. I also enjoyed the quiet beauty of the Rose Well House, where tradition says couples kiss for good luck.
Music lovers shouldn’t miss a performance at the Jacobs School of Music, which often hosts free concerts featuring talented students. I found the campus easy to explore on foot, with plenty of spots to stop, relax, and enjoy the scenery.
This place is more than a university, it’s a hub of art, history, and nature. Whether you’re here for a tour, a concert, or a peaceful walk, it’s a perfect way to experience the spirit of...
Read moreI grew up in this town & went to IU for a semester. I got my degree in health care administration from University of Arizona(good)while I was in the Army & I'm currently in an ABSN program(horrible) & regret not attending nursing school at IU. Don't go to private universities they are more expensive & have a lower quality education to offer. I've had a few Professors quit mid-course & the director of the acclerated nursing school just quit, lol. I am a B student & learning alot but if I needed more guidance I would be screwed. If you're looking at acclerated programs go to IU indy or whatever...

The auditorium is exquisite and very qualified for its purpose. The faculty and staff at IU were welcoming, although one employee at the cafeteria was unable to answer whether their generic version of Jello contained...
