Horrible experience with this business. I went in, showed them my cracked screen, and said it would have to be ordered. Gave me a estimated 4-5 days for delivery in which I would bring my phone in and they'd put my new screen in.

Fast forward a week later, I called to inquire if my screen came in yet. Turns out they never ordered my screen and the individual basically said he "forgot". I've never had any experience like this with any kind of business and they were extremely unprofessional. I had to keep calling and my screen was delayed further, and finally a MONTH after I first walked in, it was finally fixed.

Never received an apology or anything, as if nothing negative ever occurred to them. They did a shoddy job as well, as adhesive was protruding from the side of the screen like they just threw it on.

Thought I would support a small business in my home town, and had nothing but trouble. Do not go there, but if you have to, be prepared for a tumultuous...

I work for a local school and I needed a Surface Pro 6 screen replaced. Had I gone to Microsoft it would of been $450.00. At I-Cell Repair it was $250.00. The owner was polite and courteous. There was a slight issue with a cord being damaged. I have worked in tech for over 20 years and it happens. What matters is how it is addressed. The owner admitted the problem and corrected at no cost to me. I had to wait a few extra days for the part, but that was not an issue. I was impressed with his stand-up accepting responsibility behavior. This is so rare now-a-days. To be safe he also ordered another part if needed, again at no cost to me. Then when I picked up the Surface Pro he also added a screen protector at no cost. This is a business that values customer service, which is very refreshing. We will continue to use I-Cell Repair in the future and I will will also recommend the service to my family...

I went into this establishment for the first time yesterday and was very pleased with the owner and how he runs his buissness , first off he wasnt out to only make a buck , i needed a repair done to my cell phone and i was surprised at his Honesty being that he could of made the repair but he told me that it would cost more to repair my phone than what i could buy a new one for, at the same time he didnt wasnt trying to sell me any that he sold which i normally would have expected plus he programmed my phone for a fuction that i had no clue of how to do myself and that he did free of charge and also helped me with other things with my phone . Any body looking for a good qualified experienced cell phone and computer repair and sales shop you really need to go into.
