King Arthur Jewelry — Attraction in Boaz

Stopped by the store to see if they had a wedding band for myself. I had lost my original ring. The store is nice, the ladies were friendly. After looking at the selection I found one that I liked. It was a half size to small. They stated that they could order the size that I needed. I ask if they could send a picture of it to my email for my wife to see it. She lives multiple states away. The lady said that she could text it to me. I told her that that was find. I gave her my contact information and left. I am not from Boaz, so I returned to my vehicle and was still sitting there taking care of something for work. The other lady came out to my vehicle and ask me if I wanted to take a picture of it with my phone. I explained that my phone was completely maxed out and would not even take a picture. That is why I wanted to send a picture of it to my email. The lady was very nice and it was nice of her to come out into the heat just for me to get a picture of it for my wife. She said that was find and returned inside to have the other girl exicute sending me a picture. I'm still waiting for it. It has left me very puzzled. Made me feel like I was a stalker or up to no good. Maybe they don't like outsiders. All I know is...

Well, I dont really have a complaint with the store employees. My problem is with I carried a ring in that had a prong broke off, well it took them a week to send it off, then they call me today and said it would be $200 because they would have to replace all of the prongs and they would not replace just the one. so I told them to give me my ring back, but now I have to wait a week or so for them to return my ring. I called another jewelry repair and they told me for 60 they would replace all of them too. I will never do business with this...

I had some jewelry repaired and it turned out looking like brand new beautiful work can't tell where it was broken and the price was less than the quote and the people where just awesome really nice and I've always done business with Kay's until I found this place Kay's wanted to send it off and charge 50 dollars each way and was way more to have it fixed thank you to king Arthur jewelry you will be getting all my business from now on god bless and...
