My son and his new bride and their ENTIRE wedding party was very frustrated and upset with the entire process. It started out very good then took a drastic turn. We were promised that they could get all of the brides maid dresses in a color and we found out that was a lie. One dress was just straight up grey !! They tried to justify it and manipulate my kids into thinking it would be ok and not noticeable. OH WE NOTICED. They rented the best man and groomsman “tuxes” They were suits with vest. EVERY single one of them were wrong. Either too big or WAY too small. So many were missing items and we were told it was OUR responsibility to make sure everything was there before we left the shop. Ummmm for almost $300 a piece no ma’am it is NOT our responsibility. There was so much more that went wrong and was wrong it would take a book to list them all. When we called to talk to someone about it ( very nicely at first ) we were told it was OUR fault and got NO apology and they didn’t take responsibility for ANYTHING. This wedding party was big. Bride groom and 14 others got their stuff there. Spending a ridicules amount of money and almost every single order had a problem. Yes people make mistakes I get that. BUT good business owners admit and at least TRY to make it right and not lay blame on the costumer. We were VERY disappointed and will NEVER step foot back into this place or recommend it. We have 3 more weddings to do in the next 2 years and we will be finding another place to go. I have never been more upset with a place in my life. You get ONE shot and ONE wedding and to have such a memory that is blatant in almost every single photo is heartbreaking. Shame on the owner for not taking responsibility for THEIR actions...
Read moreI WOULD RATE THIS PLACE WITH NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD! I was so excited to buy my wedding dress. They definitely had the best prices and the dresses were gorgeous BUT I went and picked my dress out and somehow along the way the dress managed to get switched with a extremely similar dress. I didn't see the dress for almost a year before taking it to the seamstress and didn't notice that the people I trusted the most for my big day GAVE ME THE WRONG DRESS because it was almost 8 sizes too big. All alterations could be undone but the owner of the store has asked me to pay for the original dress even though that dress was so much cheaper than the dress I actually paid for but didn't want. She is refusing to give me a refund or to simply just switch the dresses. She also told me she was too busy with everyone else on Saturday when I came in the first time to figure out what could be done about this situation. I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK AND I SUGGEST YOU SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE UNLESS YOU WANT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TO PAY FOR...

It has been proven that this owner doesn’t care about anything but getting paid. Yes mistakes happen but we do what we can to make those mistakes right. From shoes not being ordered to nearly every single suit not fitting properly. My best friends son and his new wife were so unhappy with what was supposed to be tuxedos but looked more like thrift store suits. I’m sure the photographer had her work cut out for her to get good photos. The suits were without a doubt not measured properly and extremely uncomfortable to wear. Shame on this owner. Do better.
