I am so pissedl off that I've lived in Benita for 22 years and whenever I want to go use the recreational pool that Is supposed to be for the community.... it's closed or its closing. it doesn't revolve around my hours yet I pay for it in my taxes doesn't seem to revolve around anyone's hours except for those that are home during the day which I find very unfair AND ON a Sunday when the pool should be open during the summer in Florida it's closed.. I don't appreciate this as a resident, a long time resident of bonita Springs.
And the worst thing they could have done was make it salt water it's so salt water that it feels like you're stepping into jello they overdo it completely I'd rather the chlorine but that's just one person out of those in Bonita who has chosen to speak up.....I'm tired of this... id like a pool that I can go to it's paid for by my taxes when it's supposedly offered as a perk of...
Read moreIf I was able to give the rec center 0 stars I would. Unortunately, 1 star is all I could give and 1 star is entirely too much. The facilities are old and antiquated, while the locker rooms are filthy. The staff working was rude and condescending. The rec center clearly neglects training its employees properly. Although I suppose the rec center isn’t responsible for teaching its employees common decency. Go to the YMCA or a local gym if you want to enjoy yourself. However if you’re looking to blow off some steam, I’m sure the front desk employee at the rec center would happily argue with you...
