I absolutely love this place, but I do not appreciate people wasting my time and playing with my money. You need a better staff and people who actually care about your business because after today, I will no longer spend my hard earned money at your establishment. I always dine in and enjoy my food at your restaurant, but this time, I decided to order over the phone for a pickup, and I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived in 30 minutes. The food wasn't ready, and I was charged more than I normally spend for these 2 plates of food, but I didn't complain, I just wanted my food to go. They said the food would be ready in 10 minutes, and that was a lie. I ended up waiting another 30 minutes to receive my food. I feel like they didn't take my call serious and didn't decide to make my food until I got there and paid because other people were arriving for pick up orders and everybody else's orders were ready to go and mine wasn't. Complete waste of my time and money, I didn't even get an apology for the wait, I felt like they didn't care for my business. I will dine elsewhere. You people need to learn how to be professional and actually care about your customers. If not, you will lose more business. Thank you for wasting my time. You need better staff on the phone line, stop wasting...
Read moreWell....I cannot understand how can this restaurant have overall 4 stars. We had really high expectations about the good Peruvian food, and it was totally crushed. The food was awful to say the least, a few members of our party are suffering stomach problems today. The Lomo Saltado had spoiled pieces of meat, causing my wife to reject it all, and it even got her sick. My new york strip was more like an old and used sandal, super thin and tough. My cousin's NY strip over cooked, and so had that the whole tape was shaking as he tried to cut it. I even ordered an expresso to get all this awfull flavors out of my mouth hoping they would not ruin a coffee brew; but it was watery like the leftover water after cleaning the coffee maker and so sweet that my lips will stick together. I regret ever deciding to come waste my birthday night at this place. The staff was making an Incredible effort, but they all need to get their knowledge about the restaurant seriously, and at least by one set of the same silverware as I asked for a spoon and was given 4 spoons from different sets; and they came after I had already taken the pieces of desert with my hands. Sorry guys but we don't recommend this place at all, and we won't be...
Read moreNot my first time here, but the first time I was able to get some good photos of the food. Upon arrival, I thought the place wasn't open. Completely empty dining room. So yes, I started to have second thoughts. It wasn't until after we sat down, people started to arrive. So I started to relax a little. Started with a plate of ceviche pescado y camarones. I got a little worried when I saw steam coming from a dish that is supposed to be cold. Turns out they cooked the white corn, which I've never seen before. The dish was good, but the shrimp seemed kind of tough. Whoever cooked the shrimp cooked them too long. It was good though. Then I had the tallarine Verde with picana steak. Yea not very good. The pesto was good, the steak was extremely tough, hard to cut and most likely frozen for a good amount of time. My daughter had chaufa de pollo which was actually very good. I would probably return just not order the picana steak. I felt like being different that night and ordered the meat no one probably orders and it may have been sitting for a while. Very good service and a nice little restaurant not...
