Taqueria La Cabana — Restaurant in Bonita Springs

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! FOOD WAS BLAND. This was my first time going and the last!!! Walked in and the waitress just stared at us didn't even greet us. We sat ourselves down because we just stood there for 5 min. We waited to see if they would give us a menu and after about 10 minutes she came from the kitchen and said in Spanish "are you going to order anything or just sit there?". That's when we realized that you had to order at the counter like I said it was my first time there. We started to look at the menu and she let out sigh like she was irritated so we ordered the first thing we saw. When we got our food she gave is the Tacos with no limes no hot sauce which is typically served with the tacos. My Chilaquiles were very BLAND in Flavor I had asked for them with eggs and got them without the eggs. She was very attentive with the other couple that was there and it seemed like she knew them she constantly asked if they needed something else, we didn't get asked once. I got annoyed with the whole experience and asked for a box so I could take my food home where I could add eggs and make it better. The service could improve if the waitresses are taught manners and taught how to greet the customers...

We planned to eat at this place because we had a craving for chilaquiles and when we called, they said they have them on the menu. We arrived about 1 pm and grabbed a table near the register. There were two employees at the register looking at their phones who never looked up or greeted us. After about 5 minutes a server came out, walked right past us and never acknowledged us. She checked with every other patron and then began clearing tables. She walked past us several times and ignored us, never once making eye contact. After 15 minutes we left. The place wasn't very busy. Not sure what they didn't like about us but they were extremely rude and don't appear to need...

There was a hair in my food, In between my meat. I let the Lady know and she just looked at me and told me that if i wanted to Exchange it for something else but i would have to pay half. I said no thank you i just wanted my money back but she said no she could only give me half because they had already wasted products. ...in the end I got my refund but their explanations were ridiculous. .it's not my fault there was a hair in my food... I will definitely NEVER go there again and don't...
