Stans Super Subs & Deli — Restaurant in Bonita Springs

I was in the area so I decided to stop by and grab a sub.. I have been getting subs there since Stan was there and have seen quality go up and down through the different owners over the years. i had gotten one there a month or so ago and it was pretty amazing so i had no reason to think there would be a change. there was. While the correct information was shown on the order sheet they tape to every sub, the inside was missing some of the very ingredients noted on the order sheet. i'm not certain how this could happen but it was unfortunate. the sandwich was definitely lacking on flavor due to the missing ingredients and it's a question as to whether i'll even go back.

to owner: thank you for the quick response and while i appreciate the offer of wanting to take care of the issue, i was sitting at my desk across town and have no desire to fight traffic again during season there and back and waste an hour or more time today. i just didn't have the time to deal...

Ordered an Italian and meatball sub...WOW! The subs were of upmost quality and the ingredients are super fresh. They had a large variety of subs to chose from. The prices were great! The staff was very nice and attentive. We were in town visiting from New York was looking for a quick sandwich after the beach, saw this place on the way back, the reviews were great so we decided to drop in. Absolutely delicious!! As a few reviews have stated, this place outdoes others. You can’t find the quality this place offers at a subway, etc. Not to mention you really get a bang for your buck...this was the largest sub I’ve ever seen. Will be recommending this place to my family & friends when...

I am very disappointed in my experience here today! not only was all 3 of my orders messed up but the service was terrible. Both of my cold subs were missing tomatoes, and looked like someone threw the meat onto them from across the room.. Almost impossible to even eat! My hot sub i ordered had nothing on it! Just chicken that looked like it was pulled out of the freezer, zapped in the microwave and thrown on a hoagie roll. Last time i checked buffalo chicken subs actually have buffalo sauce, cheese and lettuce on them! UNACCEPTABLE! Also they advertise free delivery but when i requested it be delivered the man told me they don"t deliver so i had to even go pick this garbage they...
