Mango Bay Bonita — Attraction in Bonita Springs

There were 3 women( a redhead, dark headed and Asian) working none were helpful or friendly. Honestly, the redhead was so rude the entire purchase I commented which is not like me as I have worked retail. We have been shopping here for t-shirts and souvenirs for the past 13 years and have never had such rude service. The Asian lady dropped 2 of the 6 bobble head magnets on their counter top that are very delicate. When we asked the redhead(cashier) to check to make sure they were not broken or chipped she was quite rude and told the dark headed lady to check them. I do not want to purchase an item they break at checkout. We spent over $100 between the 5 people in my family. We will not stop here again. We have stopped at another Mango Bay in the area and had great customer service. Shoppers beware...this is not a place you...

This place is full of false advertisement so, buyer beware! I never leave reviews but I feel it is necessary to do so. We saw these shirts and thought it was a good buy. When I went to the register the cashier told me that we were incorrect. We told them the the signs above the shirts say otherwise. The cashier told us she would honor the discount. When I left the store I saw I was charged. When I went back I to the store I asked to speak to the manager. The manager (her name is Love) came over and was highly disrespectful. She was rolling her eyes and was having a disrespectful attitude. I asked kindly to stop rolling her eyes and then she decided to kick us out of the store!!! Place is a scam!

So today we are out back of this store working on aerial cabke lines, I go inside to see about using the restroom and am told it is out of order! Apparently, these people do not use the facilities all day while working. If you are in the construction, disaster relief, cable construction or electrical construction field do t spend your money here! Amazes me how important we are when businesses need to be back up and running but how irrelevant we are when our need is a basic simple necessity. Going to share this all across social media.
