I'm leaving this review before the movie even starts. Like an idiot I told my kids I would take them to see How to Train Your Dragon. I got 1:30 matinee tickets for 12.50 each before tax. When we got to the theatre the kids and I settled for only a small soda each. Four small sodas were THIRTY ONE DOLLARS. For a family of four to see a matinee movie, with only a small soda each, it's over 100 dollars. What reality am I living in? No wonder we are the only ones in the entire theatre. What kind of moron would pay this much money to sit in a moderately clean, musty smelling theatre. Who even cares anymore what the experience is like or how good the movie is? I'm typing this review to avoid ruining the last movie my kids are going to see in this theatre ever. Absolutely ridiculous.

I recently visited Prado Stadium 12 with my friend and had a great movie experience! The atmosphere was chill and laidback, and the food quality was good. The reclining seats were absolutely amazing, adding to the overall enjoyment of watching Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny. However, the customer service was not on par with the theater experience. The associate who assisted us was low on energy and provided generic answers when I had questions about the menu. Despite this, I am definitely coming back for the comfortable seats and the opportunity to watch another movie!

Absolute the BEST theater to visit in every aspect! The rooms are clean, the staff goes above and beyond and don’t even get me started on the food! I brought my family to watch the Trolls movie and decided to get a philly cheesesteak, now, in my experience with other movie theater food it was always subpar but this Philly was fresh, delicious and made exactly how I wanted it! Midway through the movie I decided to get something else from the menu and chose the All American burger, My God! As soon as I opened the container the smell or grilled beef blasted me and I instantly got the biggest smile on my face. It was fat boy heaven! Alondra is an amazing staff member and I assure you an asset to the Company I’ll tell you why, I am recovering from surgery at the moment and walking with a cane. As I mentioned earlier I brought my family with me and they all ordered something to nibble on during the movie, I went up to the movie room to sit whilst my Wife and eldest daughter went back to pick up the food. They soon realized there was more food to carry than arms to hold them. Alondra chose to help them and carried the extra containers to the top row seats in the movie room. I never expected anyone to be willing to go out of their way to help us especially if it’s not even in their scope of work. It was a genuine and kind gesture on her behalf. This was our second visit but it will certainly not be our last. Also they offer regular seating and recliner seating which is the vip, they will always note it on the movie but personally we love the vip for the comfy recliners they offer. Thank You Alondra and Prado stadium for a fantastic family night...

I do not know where all these positive reviews are coming from. I went to see an 8 o'clock showing which online it said was available but when I got to the theatre they stated they only had a 9 o'clock showing. Ok not s huge deal but when I asked the ticket handler she acted as I was lying about the times offered online. So I purchase tickets at a good price and come back at 9. I got to the theatre 6 and the chairs are very uncomfortable (not reclining as some have stated) no reservations were required either. At 8:50 I went and asked the ticket handler why the previews had not started and was told they don't start until 9. Strange but ok j go with it. 9 rolls around nothing. I go out to the guy again and and tell him and he seemed annoyed. He went up to another gentleman wearing an apron (wasn't aware he worked the thatre) and they guy yells it's not 9 yet so it hasn't started. I look at my watch and then my phone to confirm it is 9:04 and I told him this. He said I was wrong and to go sit back down. Really? I'm wrong? I get back to the theatre and the movie just starts right up. No previews , advertising, nada. This is the most aggravating experience I have ever had at a theatre and will never return. I will pay the extra $2 dollars and go to one 10 minutes further with actual reclining sests.. I feel as though some have confused this with PARAGON which is a much nicer theatre that has been remodeled a couple years ago. Also on a Saturday night it was almost empty only 10 people in my theatre room and maybe a dozen more total. I wouldn't recommend this to anybody even to save a few bicks. Terrible seating and even worse...

Honestly, I couldn’t believe I found this hidden gem of a movie theater in Bonita Springs.

From the moment I stepped inside, it had a welcoming, low-key vibe that instantly made me feel relaxed. The seats are seriously some of the most comfortable I’ve ever sat in at a theater — plush, roomy, and perfect for settling in for a long movie without getting restless. The concession stand was another pleasant surprise. The portion sizes were generous and reasonably priced, which is pretty rare these days. I didn’t feel like I was overpaying for basic snacks, and everything I ordered tasted fresh. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a positive, easygoing atmosphere.

You could tell they actually enjoy working there, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. The facility itself was spotless, including the lobby, restrooms, and individual theaters. It really stood out how clean and well-kept everything was.

I think I happened to visit during the off-season because there were maybe ten other people in the entire theater, which made it feel like a private screening in the best possible way. If you’re in Bonita Springs and want to catch a movie, this is easily the place I would recommend. It offers a relaxing, high-quality experience that’s a refreshing change from the bigger, more crowded chains.

And to top it all off, they actually have a full bar inside the theater. That totally caught me off guard, but in a good way. It’s not something I usually see, and it definitely added a cool, upscale touch...
