Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Bossier City

This particular restaurant is the worst fast food restaurant on Airline Drive. I’ve never had a good experience here. I went this morning at opening just to get practically screamed at by what I can guess is the manager when I asked what time they open since it was past opening time she screamed at me again and said when my Cook gets here. I just drove off. Went down the street to Burger King and had my food within three minutes.

On a sidenote, the reason that this business is failing is because whoever is doing the hiring is Shiesty and a liar. I know somebody personally with a college degree in restaurant management +8 years of experience, managing restaurants. This particular sonic offered her a job and told her she would be making up to 65 or $72,000 a year Once she actually got the job and started training. She was told it would actually be only $17 an hour and she might get a bump after training. This is exactly why the managers that are there are rude as hell. Don’t want to do their job and the profits will continueto dwindle until this place completely fails. Bad business...

This event took place at the 2500 Airline Drive Bossier City, LA 71111 location after having my order taken by an extremely rude carhop who had a disgusting attitude I waited close to 10 minutes for one small shake. Once my shake got brought out it was rung up wrong because the carhop hung up on me while I was still adjusting my order. So I sent the shake back, after looking at my receipt I saw that the rude carhop rung my order up wrong and pressed the “press to order button” to tell the girl who just took my shake back. After pressing the button the assistant manager, who’s name is Garrett, answers the call and says that he can not hear what I am saying and this was because they had a lawn care company cutting their grass during peak hours but eventually the assistant manager comes out and I tell him what the problem is with my shake he says rudely “it’s the same thing !” I felt highly disrespected and just told them to refund me my money and that I will never do any business with...

This review covers sonic drivein in Bossier city, LA on hwy 80 and sonic in Princeton. LA. also on hwy 80. Both stores were ordered from the app approx 20 mins apart. Both stores did not get orders out even though they were ordered ASAP. Stated they were too busy. time was 215 pm.I ask for my money back and the manager informed me since I ordered on the app she could not do that. after much discussion she finally went in and brought to me the monies I had paid. I left there and immediately placed another order at another sonic 7 MI s down the road. Same order, same ASAP. I drive up enter my stall number and it welcomes me back. After 10 mins no drinks. This time I got out of my truck and went to door and ask about my order. First she said I didn't have one. then she said she WOULD RETURN my money to my card. SHE then informed me her system was messed up so she fixed me some drink and slammed it in my Hand. SO Done With THESE 2 STORES I go to sonic daily but not to these very often....
