The staff is nice enough, and they have a wide selection. My issue is I have bought several things from this store that just don't work. We bought a Wii U and the charger was broken so we had to exchange it. In the same purchase we bought a few games, one of them didn't work and we once again had to drive up and exchange it. Recently we bought more games and one didn't work, so we exchanged that one, and then the game we exchanged it for didn't work either! Now we will once again have to drive up and exchange it. It's very inconvenient and time consuming, not to mention the store is half an hour from the house and there's something to be said about buying all the gas to get there and back over and over to exchange things that don't work! They also don't always answer the phone, which is also frustrating. Maybe time to start shopping...
