GameStop — Attraction in Bossier City

The staff is nice enough, and they have a wide selection. My issue is I have bought several things from this store that just don't work. We bought a Wii U and the charger was broken so we had to exchange it. In the same purchase we bought a few games, one of them didn't work and we once again had to drive up and exchange it. Recently we bought more games and one didn't work, so we exchanged that one, and then the game we exchanged it for didn't work either! Now we will once again have to drive up and exchange it. It's very inconvenient and time consuming, not to mention the store is half an hour from the house and there's something to be said about buying all the gas to get there and back over and over to exchange things that don't work! They also don't always answer the phone, which is also frustrating. Maybe time to start shopping...

Called to ask if they had something in stock no one answered. It said they’re probably helping someone in the recording. I drove down the road and pulled in. There was one person in the store that had already checked out he was standing there having a nonchalant conversation with him while I’m standing there 2 feet from him waiting patiently so I can ask a question and he just continued talking about bullshit.

The initial customer service when you first come in was great as well as enquiring about products. But when it comes down to purchasing stage is where It loses a star for me. I bought a Pre-Owned 3D pulse headset for ps5 and it was missing the key part to even work. The USB Connector to make it connect to the ps5. So I had to immediately return it and get my money back.
