Bakery Loré — Restaurant in Bossier City

The Ambiance of this place is giving Paris by the river. It is so cute and dainty. The service was top tier, and that is with me coming in within an hour of closing. I got the macaroons which were 6 for $18 and a coffee soaked tres leche with a vanilla cream and strawberries on top. Have yet to taste the macarons but all the reviews have been great on them that I have read. With the coffee so tres leche I felt that it was slightly over soaked. The staff here are absolutely wonderful!!! So genuinely courteous, caring & helpful. I went in saying I needed a cake for my mother in laws 90th birthday. They listened to everything I said. They even looked at some picture ideas I had & the plates, napkins, party decor I was trying to somewhat match. They had me send them a couple of those pictures. They then helped me make decisions based off all that. Everyone at the party complimented how good & pretty it was wanting to know where I had it made. Again, the Bakery Lore' are awesome....I showed them a couple things & simply said she loves pink & yellow & flowers I trust your judgement just go with it. The end result was a beautiful...

We ordered 3 of the single portion deserts, red velvet cake, tiramisu, and I can’t remember the other. The deserts are very well presented. They take pride in their work. Unfortunately all 3 had very dry cake/lady fingers. The icing/cream was lightly sweet and not as rich as I prefer, but I was told they lean to the less sweet side. The staff was friendly, personable, and explained things well. She artfully made the cupcakes herself, very nicely done.
