I feel like from the start we weren’t told the truth on anything by the manager who sold us our furniture. We were told all but one item was in stock and the other would be in the following week. It’s a month later and we still don’t have 2 pieces. We ordered a bedroom suite, mattress set and living room furniture… the bedroom furniture arrived with chips and the drawers weren’t working properly. The bedroom furniture that arrived was cracked and looked like someone took a brown marker to cover up some spots on the furniture. We met with another manager and ultimately decided to return the bedroom set and while sitting on the couch I noticed one of the cushions didn’t even have a zipper on it and the cover was coming off of the foam so it was delivered knowing that it was like this. Contacted customer support and they said they would get us another cover for the couch cushion but it would take 3-4 weeks to come in. The manager we originally spoke with wasn’t honest about the financing and either. We won’t ever shop here again.
Update: The reply from Johnson’s says that these pictures were taken at the outlet and not our home. That’s false. I have texts to the manager to prove that they were taken from my home once the items were delivered.

She patiently listened while we explained to her what we wanted in a recliner. She smiled and said, “We have just what you are looking for!” She immediately walked us over to a beautiful leather recliner that we fell in love with. She went on to show us two couches that match the recliners. I plan to return later to the store to purchase one of those beautiful couches and of course I will ask for Kaylee to assist me in my purchase as she so smoothly did with my two recliner purchase. Serena Sellers walked up to me and asked if she could help me. When I told her what I was looking for, she walked around the store with me and answered the questions.
