On this day 6/13/19 at approximately 8:28am I attempted to purchase a smoothie as I always have on numerous occasions at this location. I’m at the drive-thru and a girl takes my order in a very rude way. When I mention I have a coupon, she states in a nasty tone, “I’ll see it at the window.” Mind you some companies would like for you to mention the coupon prior to and I’ve never had any issues before. So I pull up to the window and she reads the exact same total without the coupon factored in and I ask is that with the coupon? She then states, “I need to see it,” and frowns up with yet the same nasty/rude tone I received when I placed my order, rolling her eyes, breathing all heavy, and flings her hand out as if to say just give it to me. Now at this point, I’m irritated as to why I’m being treated this way. I hand her the coupon, she snatches it and practically throws it back to me, jerks her neck, frowns her eyebrows, and with an attitude says, “it’s expired.” I then say oh sorry, I’ll do another one and will drive back around, but decided not to due to the treatment I received. I could have very well paid the extra dollar, but it’s the principle of the matter and how I was treated that ultimately led me to write a review, which is something I hardly do. I have several receipts from their location with the coupon option at the bottom and just simply didn’t realize it had expired a few days ago. It’s ok to inform customers of anything necessary, but do so in a tactful, professional, and respectful manner. She was a young hispanic/white female with short/shoulder length black hair (using this description only b/c she was not wearing a name badge & not in any way trying to offend anyone...just want mgt to be able to pinpoint who it was). Young lady, please treat your customers respectfully and equally. You have many years ahead of you in life to go and at this rate, you’ll always be at a drive-thru. If you do not like your job, simply quit. I hope management will look into this. I will never return to this location ever. Customers do yourself a favor and get your smoothie from Main Squeeze Juice Co. right down the road, where they are super delicious, use real fresh fruit, and most importantly you will be welcomed/greeted with a smile, no matter what your race is or how you’re paying...they also have reward points and everything, with a convenient drive-thru. Edible Arrangements right across the street also sells smoothies that are really good and they too will greet you...
Read moreI’ve visited the Smoothie King on E. Texas in Bossier quite frequently, however this morning was my worst visit ever. Two women, which I’ve never seen were there. As my daughter and I approached the door, they had just served the last drive thru customer. Well, the door was locked and the two ladies that were there just stood there looking at us. The one closest to the door looked at us smirked, and rolled her eyes. The other one, walked to the door. The times on the door are 6:30a-9p, but “Burnesha” tells us that they” lobby opens at 7, which I’ve never known that to be because we’ve arrived at 6:30 every Friday and the doors are opened. She got a bit snappy and I kinda snapped back because I was so taken back by their attitudes. Today was just a very bad first experience for Smoothie King. I can deal with an occasion bad smoothie, but bad service, No. Just not acceptable. Those two women make SmoothieKing look bad. Hopefully, it was just an off morning for them, but if not maybe they should be transferred to a...
Read moreIf I could give a 0 star I would. Don't get me wrong, I loved my smoothie. However, the service my son and I got was HORRIBLE. There were 3 young ladies complaining the entire about the store and working there. Well that was pretty apparent that they hated their jobs (even though they are lucky enough to have one). Not greeted, just kept looking at us as I was explaining the menu to my son. Rolling their eyes and huffing the whole time. Finally when we went to order she just stared at us. She would complain to the other workers and then look back at us. I honestly didn't know I'd she was ready to take our order, because she looked like we were annoying just being there. Finally, our smoothies are done. The young lady sets them on the counter and walks away. By this time there were a few other people in there. I just guessed by the color they were our smoothies. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!! Also, I must say that I don't leave a review unless I have a really great or really...
