They have terrible customer service. I made a to go order online on Mealkeyway and unfortunately my mother had a heart attack and I was unable to pick up the order timely. I called the restaurant to let them know but kept getting held up at the hospital and couldn't send anyone to get the food. I called again (2 hours after it was going to be ready) and asked if it could just be remade as it was seafood and sitting out long enough to make anyone ill. Which is in itself a health code violation. It cannot just be kept out on the counter like that. They refused to remake the order and kept arguing with me with horrible attitudes until they hung up. I called back several times and continued to be hung up on by the GM who said she was the only person I could speak to after continually asking how I could get into contact with the owner. The person who kept answering the phone was so kind and phenomenal though. When I called back for the second to last time, I was told they'd remake my order for another 16 dollars. So I just asked for a refund and she said that was okay and hung up in my face. I called back to make sure the refund would be processed and the GM refuses to come back to the phone and told the host to tell me I would have to contact MealKeyWay to process my refund. After reaching out to them, I was told, it was fully up to the restaurant and that they are the ones who have to process the refund. This place is full of lies and anger and negativity and took about an hour out of my day for me to lose money and go through pain and strife that could've been completely avoided if they had safe food handling practices in place for their...
Read moreWe went shortly after they opened and had an amazing experience, great food, exceptional service, all around a great meal. That trip is the only thing and dragged this review above 1 star.
Went back tonight and our server was unapologetically awful, well that's not true he at least apologized frequently but despite his apologies he never seemed to care enough to do better.
When we showed up the hostess and at least one of the other staff members were sitting at a booth on their phones and that's where they stayed. Our server forgot to bring us any utensils, plates, bibs, bucket (for trash), etc. I had to go back to the hostess at her own personal booth and ask for utensils so we could eat.
When we were in the middle of our meal he came back to clear the table and took items we were still using, didn't bother asking just took them and didn't bring anything back. Leaving us confused with the bill.
He did eventually come back for the check after we got to sit waiting for him for about 15 minutes after we finished eating. He asked if "they" had taken care of running my card and when I said that no one had been by he took the card and disappeared again. Upon returning he apologized again and said "I know my service has been terrible, don't bother tipping me" before disappearing again. If he had not disappeared I might have mentioned that the tip was already included since we had a larger party but alas I didn't feel like tracking him down so we paid and left.
If this place doesn't get staff that care it won't last long which is...

This is ABSOLUTELY NOT a place to bring your family if you value your morals. The music was quite loud and at least half the songs were by people using explicit lyrics to describe their desires to use their body parts to engage the body parts of their partners. Is that PC enough? I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I even asked the server to have the music turned down because I could not hear my wife speak over the thumping music. Of course, it wasn't turned down. Also, my daughter is a server at a different restaurant. I've watched her work her tail off to make sure guests were served quickly. My wife and I noticed that most of the staff here were moving at half pace and were more interested in lip syncing to the explicit music. Our server was moving at a decent pace, though. We liked her.
That said.... music aside.... our server was quite nice and gave us some really good recommendations. We had snow crab, dungeness crab, a lobster tail, and shrimp. It was all very tasty, and the crab cracked well. I didn't have to work really hard to tear apart the crab legs. Normal I guess. The shrimp was slightly overcooked, but tasted really good. Our server said to mix Hawaiian and Cajun flavors, and she wasn't wrong! The mac-n-cheese is a hard pass...... Corn was really good.
Bottom line - I'd only go back if they chose different music/volume. It basically completely ruined our date night. I liked the food, but my wife says that next time, were just going to...
