The parking lot was not crowded. Handicapped parking was available. The entrance was clearly marked with printed signs. The receptionist was polite and helpful, when I needed directions to the entrance of the show floor. She also told me that the event would close in 30 minutes. The floor was marked with designated social spacing logos. The vendors were setup for social distancing. Bossier City police officers were visible in the foyer and in the main floor of the Civic Center. Snacks, soft drinks and water were available in the concession area. Read moreWe held a charity event here. The maintenance staff, Lucky and Michael, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. We had some major issues with the other staff though. In our contract we have that were allowed to use the refrigerator but were told in the middle of our event by a Mrs. Joyce that we had to take all of our stuff out. Once we did, she tells us that we didn't have to so then we had to put all of our stuff back in. Our security officer, Michael Johnson, started telling us that we needed to start picking up an hour and a half before our event was over. He started telling my guests that.
