So where to start. Don't deserve a star but have to have one to be able to rate without so they get 1. Hubby and I came for Lunch. Weren't that busy when we entered. Our waitress was super slow, didnt know the menu, repeated our order incorrectly and we had to correct her. I ordered a side of chicken Teriyaki, they brought out 1/3 of a cup of baby cut chicken and CHARGED $4.95!!! Rip off!! I also ordered a side of veggies. It was 3 thin slices pieces of carrots, a BUNCH of onions and TONS of mushrooms, 1 piece of zuccini an 1 pc of squash.. for $3! Again rip off! She brought out food, gave us the WRONG FOOD, told her it wasn't our, she took it and gave it to the next table. When she brought my husband's it didn't get everything and told her what was missing, fried rice, it comes in the Bento Box. She goes to kitchen and we hear them talking, she comes back and says it doesnt come with rice, we point out the menu and she says ooohh yes it does and then leaves... comes back a few minutes with our check and dont say a word to us, no Thank You come back and see us. We got out our card to give to her and she dont come back for over 10minutes. Annnddd we still NEVER RECIEVED the test of my husband's order.
Needless to say we won't be coming back. Wasnt worth the $40. I get its covid and things are crazy. . But if you fix your service, the people will come. Fix your price gouging ans give people the amount of food you are charging for ... and people will continue to...
Read moreOk, so usually I give this place 5 stars.. Idk if managment sees these reviews, but my last trip there was less than acceptable.. I ordered 2 tempura rolls(texas roll and las Vegas roll).. Then I ordered beef lo-me In, and fried dumplings... The rolls were just tossed in the container, like someone was in a rush.. And several peices of both rolls were falling apart.. The Las Vegas roll was shorter than usual.. My fried dumplings werent fried at all But steamed.. And my beef noodles were decent but cold.. Actually, everything was cold.. I was told to be there to pick it up in 30-35 min.. I arrived at the 25 min mark.. And collected my food and went to eat in the parking lot.. It was a mess.. And cold.. I wanted to call but my gf was embarrased and said it was fine.. She would just make due.. I chose this place because its usually too notch.. However, in my last trip, i was very disappointed.. Which is surprising cause I am usually very satisfied with what I get from there.. Close to 40$ for cold noodles amd dumplings and sushi that was just chunked in the box and looked as well as made a mess.. I hope they will fix this.. Guess...

Most of the seats in the booths have large holes in them and the general appearance inside the restaurant is shabby.
Their salads aren't fresh and come from a bag and are smothered in mayo.
The dishes aren't cleaned properly. My mug had lipstick on it from a previous customer.
The sticky rice used in the California rolls was soggy and the Shreveport rolls I ordered that have fried shrimp were child meaning they didn't prepare the dish fresh but rather had it made earlier in the day or the day before and it came from the fridge.
They don't serve alcoholic beverages and its been over a year since they have. Their menus still offer alcoholic beverages and so haven't been updated in over a year.
The toilets were dirty.
I would suggest going to Sushigen on Line Avenue in shreveport. Their food is excellent and restaurant is very classy and seating is intimate. They also have an outdoor sitting area that is quite nice. They also serve alcoholic...
