Subway — Restaurant in Bossier City

O...M..G I do not know where to even begin. The only car in front of me spent about 25 minutes in front of the window. During such time MY food, to include a sandwich, drink and chips were passed to that car and then shortly passed back to the employee. I’m pretty sure that is some health and safety violation since they tried to give all the same items back to me, but we won’t get into that. The pleasant young man apologized for the extended wait. All good. Then finally taking payment after asking what I had ordered because apparently they were confused. Then he attempted to pass me out a 6 inch version of the sandwich I ordered. Please keep in mind they had just asked what I ordered and I specifically stated foot long. They proceeded to remake my sandwich. Finally on my way.. Got back to my hotel and the sandwich was barely edible due to wildly excess salt and pepper that was on it. By far the worst experience I have ever had at any...

I would give no stars if it was allowed the customer service being dismayed by the cashier at this store makes you feel like you are rushed, bothersome, and not paid attention to which has actually cost me my time wasted today and as well as my money wasted and tied up in their business for another day or two or three while waiting to be refunded back to my card! I left this place after being told I had my own order wrong when I was clear on what I wanted today before I was charged! I left here and went to Amber store on Benton road where the staff was very polite, kind, courteous, and Offering! I 10/10 recommend visiting her store where clearly they care about their customers!! Go see the Team at Benton...

When I was half way done to order my subway, the cashier, Jennifer Alexis, asked me to insert my credit card. But right after I turned around to finish my order, she pushed the button and charged tips on my credit card and tore up the original receipt. When I confronted her and asked for a refund, she refused to do it talking about the manager was not there. I insisted on getting my receipt, she gave me a duplicate. I post this review to warn everybody keep eyes on your receipt, just in case someone in the store steeling your money for tips!!! To me, tips is ok but HER BEHAVIOR IS NOT...
