Every Tuesday and Thursday for a month I went to the bunker hill H building for printing reasons and parked in the visitors parking spot (not the hood parking) for no longer than 30 mins. One of the parking enforcement workers named Tim, watches me park and leave from the parking spot every single day without informing me that I can’t even park in my own schools visitors parking spot. Today 30 minutes after my arrival to school my car got towed. When I went to speak with Tim about the situation, he agreed that he has seen me park at the same spot everyday and still authorized my car to be towed. On multiple occasions Tim has followed me to my car as I’ve left and as I’ve arrived without saying a word. Tim also admit that he has written down my plate number before and has never once spoke to me about where I’ve parked. I then decide to speak with Tim’s manager Larry on the phone who told me that “I shouldn’t make excuses about being towed and just pay the fine” after explaining the problem. I then ask for a tow release form because it was unfair for my car to get towed when I had been under the impression from parking enforcement that it was legal for me to park at the BHCC visitors parking. Larry then hangs up on my face as soon as I ask for the form. The workers who represent “Hood” have shown no respect towards me and the other 3 people who had been towed today. I was offended and hurt by the way I was talked to by management (Larry) and I felt targeted by the parking enforcement worker (Tim) who allowed me to park somewhere he know was an illegal parking spot (Tim did not once inform me that I can’t park there). My experience with Hood parking was terrible and I would never recommend this company to anyone ever in my life. If I could give 0...
Read moreCan't figure out how to contact a general property manager for this location, but I had a horrible experience with some sort of parking attendant at Hood Park this morning. I parked in the lot because I was told I could as a visitor and a man, not in a uniform of any sort, very rudely told me I was never to enter the parking lot again. I tried to kindly explain that I was told I could park in the lot briefly, but that I did not want to get towed, so I would leave. He said I would get towed if I stayed. I got in my car and he proceeded to stand in front of it yelling that he was taking down all of my car information and he should never see me there again. He was writing this in a notebook. No need for a man in his 60s with no security uniform to be walking around a parking lot harassing young woman and taking down their car information. Very unprofessional and unsafe. I am in the hospitality industry and have a lot of patience, but had no patience for this man after I was being nothing but kind to him. Mind you, the parking lot was basically empty! Not like people are fighting for spots! Was tempted to call police, because no person in plain clothes with no ID should be taking down people's info. Never will I step foot in the Hood Park again! Charlestown...
