M Street Beach — Attraction in Boston

This beach is conveniently located in south boston. The sand is relatively fine with roughly a small rock every 8-10 inches at the top of the beach. At the shore it is more populated by rocks. Pebbles really. The beach itself is crawling with rich entitled people typical of the neighborhood. Many of them work in finance and would love it if you asked them what they do. There are no bathrooms as the bath house is closed due to covid. Police also tend to stand on top of the beach gently petting there horses manes while scanning for their next victim. I also saw an undercover cop roving the sand to ensure that nobody was having too much fun. Many attractive women here so the flaws are easily overlooked. Not a place good place to surf. So as far as city beaches go, this is a typical city beach. Do not expect rolling surf and crystal clear water. Usually when I go the sand feels oily and I personally prefer to wear water shoes. The sand is more like playground sand than what you would think of as beach sand. If you're looking for a place to beat the heat in the summer It is an okay place to go but keep in mind this is not a typical coastline beach, but...

Clearly southie beach, lots of people using the streets for running, walking etc., some trash issues... mainly from overflowing trash cans spilling on to side walks and beach areas... lots of dogs but most on leashes... water is nice and areas near is taken care of. Likely to be hard to find parking on hot summer...
