OVERPRICED.! RUDE STAFF.! First time going.. NOT IMPRESSED, they sure do GOUGE you on pricing! Why do I have to pay $7 for one pvc pipe thing to help my child skate? I should OWN it at that price! I already paid almost $30 for two kids to skate! Where we come from you pay one price to get in and can stay as long as you want.!! You can also bring your own scooter to ride or rent one for people who don't like to skate but want to join in.. for $3!! NOT HERE!! You have a time limit and they don't let you bring your own scooters. They'll let you bring your own skates but not scooters. When it was time to leave they're staff was VERY RUDE. We were trying to round up our kids and get skates off, etc. They said we had to leave. Okay, thanks I get that... Then someone else comes up and says if we stay a minute longer then she'll have to CHARGE US AGAIN for the next time slot.!! They just announced everyone had to leave. NOT ONCE was I or my friend ever rude to the staff. We ignored they're snarkiness and just didn't pay for the overpriced pvc pipe thing. So I don't understand why they were so rude about everything. Good customer service can make a lot of people overlook some issues and come back. Maybe y'all should try it sometime. SERIOUSLY, NOT WORTH IT! NEVER...

I'm an 80s child. You weren't cool unless you were at the rink every Friday and Saturday night. I have missed skating so when we discovered Skate Box it took the dent out of my universe 🤣. I have used the regular rental skates and also paid the extra $2 for speed skate rentals. The speed skates are way better if you already know how to skate. The only downside is that all the skates have been used time and again so I would suggest bringing inserts to put in them if you don't want your feet to die. I don't have to worry about that anymore since my daughter and I have our own skates now. The rink is nice, there are a couple of rough spots on the floor, but they won't cause your demise. The place is always clean... including restrooms. Music is usually all upbeat which is great and they do provide a pretty good variety. They also set out a song request paper which is nice. This is the worst floor I’ve ever skated on. There’s giant spots on the floor where the coating is coming up. There’s also decent sized dents all over the floor. It feels like you’re skating on an old street and not in a rink. As a really good skater I was scared to skate on the floor with my rink wheels and I came from 10 hours away from here so I didn’t have my 62mm 82a wheels. Even the other pro skaters at the rink were wiping out because of the floor. You might have a better time roller skating in their parking lot, which sucks because everything else about this place is nice, clean, and the staff are super friendly. The music was also horrible and annoying at best. The most important part of a skating rink is the floor. If this is the only place you have to skate then you’re going to have fun but I wouldn’t voluntarily pick this place again. Spent all that money to get in and left after 30 minutes because of the condition...
