A year ago Iāve given this place 20 stars I donāt know what changed but Iāve spent thousands upon thousands of dollars not only an interest for things I borrowed on Butt buying from them as well. I bought spent thousands buying jewelry there and when the gold skyrocketed some of my items were sold out of Pawn Early granite, only a couple of days early but early nonetheless without even so much as a phone call after being a super loyal customer that spent tons of money in there every single month free for a couple years not even a phone call because he wanted to do cash in on that gold rush. Heās not even the owner and then I had the audacity to talk to me crazy Like as if heās the one doing me a favor because he didnāt sell the things I had in layaway as well gee thanks Chuck so sadly, I had some issues helping my sons family get situated coming home in the military which they knew so when I was ready, I went back in all my stuff was gone without even a phone call and he complained and basically told me Iām lucky that he didnāt sell the stuff that I had in layaway that Iād paid hundreds of dollars for already and because I had the audacity to say to him listen Chuck I spend a lot of money in here and I said it respectfully but Iāve had enough He was very defensive and acted that way cause he knew how wrong he was, so a couple weeks later I go in to borrow and he offered to borrow me a little over $300 for one piece that weighed 14 g of 14 karat gold for me. That was a very current way of saying you donāt want my business anymore and itās too bad because by the looks of it, Iām the only customer they have that ponds and buys steadily so shame on you Chuck when I get my second layaway out next week I...

JORDAN is a doll of a human being and Iāll miss talking to him , Craige also a great human being , itās too bad the owners allow Chuck to beg a e the way he does as if he owns the place. Have you ever EVER seen a business owner respond to a bad review the way Chuck responded to mine? No they will apologize and or offer to make right whatever it was or simply say we are sorry you feel this way maybe we can have a better experience in the futureā¦. But you see itās his entitled attitude that shines through ā¦ā¦ if the owners knew how he complained about them using their own store as a storage facility when they sold their Florida property and brought all the contents to their own store to be sold ā¦. I ended up pawning a firearm, and coming back into the the store a week later to pick it up. The "problem" arose when I walked in around 15 minutes before closing time.
The blonde female at the cash register gave the worst customer service that I had ever seen when I gave her my ticket to pick up my gun. She then tried to refuse my payment by telling me that the entirety of it had to be in cash, including the interest for the pawn, until I corrected her. She begrudgingly processed my payment while slapping my credit card, pen, and paperwork on the counter. The second she provided my receipt, she plopped back down in her chair and didn't bother to say anything like "thank you" or "have a nice day", like some people who care about customer service would.
I then had to explain to the employee who managed the firearm section of the store that this cashier wrote "no box" on my ticket in error (even though the original ticket clearly stated "with box" in the description).
Every other employee at The Pawn Company that I had seen and dealt with were kind,...
