Do not stay at this hotel. The staff is horrible. We had stayed in this hotel during Memorial Day weekend. The AC was broken and blew hot all night. They finally fixed the AC in the middle of the night but after a couple of hours of tinkering with the AC. They were gracious enough to comp the night. The rest of the stay was fine and uneventful. We thought that we would try the hotel again and booked it for one night. Then tonight when we checked in, the front desk person said yes we know about you clearly referencing the other stay. The room that we checked into in advance was not available. They gave us another room. We got into the room and they immediately gave us a crib. The whole entire time during the check in process, it was clear that they didn't want us to stay there, but it was late and we just took the room they had. The maintenance man brought us a crib and the man went to get the liner for the crib and said he would be right back. My husband tried to get the crib together but couldn't assemble it. I called the front desk to ask the maintenance man to send up another crib as well as the liner. Eugene at the front desk said that the guy went on break and won't be back until 30 mins later. I asked why did he say he would be right back. Eugene said he didn't know, but Eugene couldn't help me. I asked to speak to the manager who we spoke to at the front desk just 10 mins ago. Eugene said that there was no manager on duty and he was the only person at the hotel. I found that impossible to believe. He said that he only makes $10 per hour and there's nothing he could do to help me. He didn't know where to get the cribs, he didn't know how to get in touch with the maintence person and he didn't know when the manager was going to be on back. We packed up and as we were walking down the hallway the maintence person was on his way back with the crib liner. He said that he wasn't on break and in fact spoke to the manager on duty just then. We went downstairs to confront Eugene who clearly lied to us. By then the manager was suddenly on site. Both of them were completely confrontation and didn't apologize or take responsibility for their lies. Eugene told us to get out and there was the door. It was an absolutely a disaster. Their attitude...

Read moreWe stayed in a suite with king bed and full kitchen. If I was only reviewing the staff and housekeeping, my review would be 5 stars. The staff was excellent; the room was very clean. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. However, I was surprised at the condition of the room. Cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom were in poor condition making the place look shabby. When we tried to use the microwave, the turntable was missing. My husband went to the front desk hoping to get it resolved quickly but it took a few hours due to a problem finding the right part, so we were unable to use the microwave the first morning. Coffeemaker in the full kitchen was just two paper cups under a small 2-cup machine that only takes prepackaged single coffee inserts which are supplied along with a couple of creamers, sugar and tea. Although coffee is available in the lobby, many hotel rooms I’ve stayed in with full kitchens have a small regular coffeemaker (it’s nice to brew your own pot of coffee without leaving the room), so that was somewhat disappointing. The toilet began leaking the first night with water all over the bathroom floor. Since it was late, we were already in our pjs and knew housekeeping would be unavailable at that hour, my husband found the problem and adjusted it himself but it was a mess. Next morning, I called the front desk for extra towels because we had used so many to wipe up the water. Although the staff was very accommodating and housekeeping was great, the worn-out condition of the room and initial problems with the microwave and toilet made our stay less comfortable than we...
