After moving here from Dallas-Fort Worth, my husband and I weren’t sure where to shop for furniture when we started the renovation of our home. We passed through Berryville one day and inadvertently discovered Brashears flagship store. While touring the store, we were very impressed by the choices, quality of their inventory as well as the prices of their furniture. The staff cordially greeted us and were so professional as they led us through this beautiful location. Since that initial visit, we have purchased furniture for our dining room, bedroom, master bathroom and kitchen. We are planning to replace more of our furniture and wouldn’t consider shopping anywhere else. Brashears has three spacious showroom locations (Berryville, Branson, and Springdale) to browse and visualize what each furniture piece will look like in your own home, and a professional staff to guide you in your furniture decisions. We can’t say enough kind things about their staff (Kathy, decorator in Branson; Kelli, delivery coordinator; and Dave Terry, Operations Manager in Berryville.) Brashears outstanding customer service and the quality of their merchandise in these locally home-owned stores are the greatest reasons to make this your number one stop when buying furniture. I recently visited Brashear's Furniture in Branson, MO, and even though I didn’t end up making a purchase, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this was a store that took pride in both its products and its customer service. The showroom is beautifully set up, with a variety of styles that make it easy to visualize how pieces might look in your own home. It felt more like touring a beautifully designed home than browsing a furniture store.

The sales and design staff really stood out. They were attentive without being pushy, which I appreciated. I worked with one of the design consultants who took the time to understand my style preferences and even asked questions about the rooms I was looking to furnish. She made suggestions that were both tasteful and practical, showing me options that matched my style without trying to upsell me or steer me away from my budget. Her insights on design and layout made me feel like I was getting professional advice, not just a sales pitch.

From the moment we walked in the door of Brashears Furniture, it was obvious we had made the right decision. We were greeted by Corrina Johnson. We explained what we were looking for in general terms and Corrina’s creativity kicked into gear. She was always professional, yet warm and encouraging. She was open to our ideas and enhanced them by showing us other avenues and options. The furniture and accessories that she helped us select were perfect. Brashears was generous in allowing us some storage space as we were out of state clients. Corinna saw to every detail and kept us informed as the project progressed. She and other staff members saw it through to the delivery and placement of the furniture in six bedrooms, living room, and dining room.
