I want to start by saying that we had 3 people in our group. 1 person in their 60s, me in my 30s (TERRIFIED of my feet anywhere off the ground) and a 8 year old thrill seeking girl. A first for the 3 of us.
We went to the 8pm zip line thinking it would be during sunset. We got there and the group before us was running late so we started late also and I am so happy for that! Zip lining in the dark was so cool!
Seth and Gage were our guides. They were hands on and knowledgeable. They helped us into the gear, gave us the run down and then we started the practice line while they gave great guidance on our technique. You do break yourself and it's not as scary as it seems!
The guides were so fun and really took your mind off the scary part of the adventure! Go with a open mind and a good sense of humor and you will love the guides! Remember, they are doing this all day: they want to keep their job fun for them and everyone!
The most important part was safety, obviously, I had my 8 year old! Gage was my lifesaver for the night. The first thing he did was assure me that my little girl would be safe and that he needed me to trust him. The first line, he manually needed to go out and get her from the middle of the line because she didn't weigh enough/ had her hand on the break. He then went above and beyond to making sure she was having fun and knew that he would rescue her. By the third line, she was fully hands off, yelling funny phrases and basically Gages best friend. I think if we had 2 more lines, she would have tried going upside down. I am so thankful for him.
The manager Jules was our driver. She was just as great as the guides! My daughter got scared on the drive to the first line but she joked with her and that led to a night full of banter between the two.
All in all, we would have went back today if we could have! We highly recommend this business. If you go, remember to be patient (they are human and just doing their job), ready to joke and they will not give you a refund (it's clearly stated when you sign up multiple times; yes it's expensive but you are in a tourist town. Be sure you want to go before you make the commitment...
Read moreIf you're looking for an unforgettable thrill in Branson, Adventure Ziplines of Branson is the place to go! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel right at home. Sheri at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The course itself is absolutely beautiful, with sweeping views of the Ozark mountains and adrenaline-pumping zips through the trees. Every line felt exciting and. safe, and the whole setup was well organized and professional.
Now let's talk about Noah--this man is a national treasure. From the first safety briefing, he had us all cracking up. His goofy energy was contagious, and he kept the whole group laughing nonstop with hilarious jokes, quick wit, and just the right amount of chaos. At one point we were literally doubled over, crying from laughter on a zipline platform. He had a way of making everyone feel comfortable and excited, and honestly, he could've been a stand-up comedian. The entire tour had a vibe like we were just hanging out with a group of funny friends, thanks largely to Noah's energy.
Carson was the perfect complement-super friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely interested in getting to know everyone on the tour. He made sure we felt safe and confident the entire time, and the conversations with him made the whole experience feel really personal. Between the amazing staff and the exhilarating zipline course, this place deserves all the stars. If you're visiting Branson, don't miss this especially if...
Read moreMy 15 year old daughter and I were given a Christmas gift of ziplining, so we decided to take it while vacationing Branson. Honestly, I thought it would be just one zip down a mountain and that's it. NOPE! Turns out it is 7 different zip lines and about a 2 hour adventure (education, really). A bit of a workout, too, in a couple of spots where you must climb some spiral stairs. I should mention this was in 50 degree weather, and we were sweating a little bit by the end. I can imagine in summertime this would be a very hot adventure.
We both TOTALLY enjoyed it. The staff and guides were excellent at every step. Was it scary? Yes! At least at first. But by the time you get to the 7th long zip line you're almost a pro (not really). We even got to zip over the heads of a group of deer! That was super cool.
My 15 year old daughter is scared of many things, but she did it. I'm very proud of her! The only advice I can give is just get past the first big zip line and you're good. It doesn't necessarily get easier, but it does get less scary. Your guides will tell you what to expect with each zipline. Some are faster/slower, etc.
Again, the staff and guides were fantastic. Very humorous and cautious and caring and respectful. Even down to details such as the harness bunching up in .. um... places where it could be quite uncomfortable.
Would I recommend? Heck yes! Good job, guys! Loved it! Well...
