We visited Arttiques Winter Market at Braselton Downtown this weekend and had a great time. Running from February 21st to 23rd, the market features many vendors selling teak furniture, vintage items, antiques, jewelry, clothing, artwork, and handmade crafts. Food trucks, live music, and a pet adoption area add to the lively atmosphere. Since it was a chilly afternoon, a hot coffee or chocolate was perfect for staying warm while strolling around. We also took a break at a nice little park with picnic tables, benches, and a play area—a great spot to relax.

Cute little park! Has a fenced in playground, small splash pad and a covered pavilion. Right in the heart of Braselton so if you want to walk to the library or a place to eat you definitely can. I would say it's perfect for little kiddos, but maybe bigger kids might want a little more to do here. My kids love it (age 3 and 1)! Small enough that I dont feel nervous taking my eyes off my kids for a quick second!

The festival was great! There were so MANY vendors. We didn't make it to all the booths. So many talented people selling their wares. Attached are pics of a few of the booths we visited. Everyone we encountered was very nice and helpful! Go check it out. They are there today until 6 pm and tomorrow until 5 pm.

We went to Braselton Park for the Fourth of July Celebration. All I can say is, where is it? People were parked all over the place. The main area seemed to be behind the old Braselton Brothers building. But where is the, Parking? Vendors were scattered all over the place. No one seemed to know where the fireworks were going to be. People were facing in all directions. Turned out to be over by the school building. When it was over there was mass confusion. Nobody was directing traffic. Cars going in all directions. It was very frustrating. Took forever to get out of there. If they are going to have that many people coming to an event they better come up with a better plan. I won't be going back...
