I am relieved there are sections of the store with sale and closeout items that can be almost a steal! My mom picked up a beautiful 1.12th scale piano that had a music box in it for around $22 and a fruit stand that needed a spot of glue to assemble the legs for 4 bucks. I bought a dollhouse kit in the middle of the pandemic, that is no longer available for purchase and it was misplaced by USPS. The effort that Bev put to locate it and make sure that it got to me was more than I expected from a company. She reassured that she would fully refund if I did not receive my product but what bothered her was that this house was no longer available and she could not send another. Read moreI live in Alton Illinois but travel to Georgia to visit friends a couple times a year. My dollhouse was a Covid project and Miniature Designs was the first dollhouse shop I had ever been to. Blown away is an understatement. I went to the Lawrenceville location and one of the gentleman building a dollhouse showed me what sizes of wood to buy for my project. I was clueless in the beginning. Since then I have been to the Braselton location several times and I order online.
