Nice dealer ship with nice cars unfortunately i had a horrible experience i went to look at a couple cars they had that were used waited for a half a hour for some one to assist me finaly when i got some help i felt like i was rushed and kinda descrimnated beacuse im Hispanic they thought i couldnt afford what i asked them to show me so it made me a little upset but i kept my cool finaly i test drive the vehicle it had a broken pieces inside the car and the sales man said oh dont wory it is easy to fix and it was common problem on this vehicle so i still ignored that finally i get inside the office i literally talk to the finance or sales man because i gues there all same at this dealership he spends 2 min and starts blowing me off how he cant work with me on the broken pieces and wont budge lowering the price or fixing the problems and kinda pushing me out i was about to spend 35,000 on a used junk here ended up taking my business to villa ford were they helped me with respect and didnt treat me like a cattle just trying to move a car out . I ended up getting a beter deal on 2018 mustang gt350 . Dont judge a book by its cover i had money that day to buy a car and you thought i was some other Hispanic you can take advantage and sell lemmon and throw a high intrest rate...

I had to redue My rating for California car co. I listened to all of the hype that they talked about with My purchase. They lied about the car. I got on the freeway on the way home and had to make a sudden stop, and I thought I was gonna die. It felt like the axle was gonna come from under the car. Realizing it was faulty, risky dink breaks. So, all that trying to sail a car and not knowing what's wrong with it all the way, STOP IT!!🫠😳😱💣💥. LETTING ME test drive a car for 3 blocks😳thats not a test drive. Talking about the police be around, and I wasn't speeding. Or did he not want me to find out about the car 🤔. I was stopping on the breaks a few times and asked what's wrong with the play under there. He says it haven't been driving in a while 🤔🤔. When I got on the freeway and had to make that stop, that's when I put it all together. Got to be talking to a machine or an AI text message. Before I was gonna buy the car I got different human beings calling Me about the car. I gave them 1 star to show that they're trash and liars, but they don't deserve 1 star. Smiling in My face. I was a potential out of state purchaser. Called Devin, he ran my credit found someone to finance me, we discussed terms, increasing my down payment and then Devin just stopped communicating and began ignoring my calls and texts. Because I really wanted that car, I contacted my bank (a bank they deal with) and got approval on my own. Yesterday, my bank contacted them to let them know I was approved and set up a time for me come in and buy the car. An hour later I received a call from Devin informing me they were not going to sell me the car because they don't want to deal with my bank (even though they are a partner). I asked him what happened to the original approval he got me, it was actually better, and he told me that WAS my bank. If it actually was my bank, 1. why did you contact them to work on getting an exception due to the age of the car if you didn't want to work with them? and 2. why were the terms different? There was something bigger that made them not want my money and I do not know what that is... I never had a dealership refuse to sell to me if I had an approval and it seems very disingenuous, unprofessional and suspect as to what their real reasons are. Doing my best to not look any...
