Did not appreciate stock person/sales associate remark while my daughter and I were not even done completing transaction. Girl at register too had a bad unwelcoming disposition While asking register associate a question regarding a product that we were interested in buying along with other things., you could since the fustration, the rush and very unpleasant experience. Sales,asst/ stocking clerk pointed out at an item that was on the bottom of shopping cart making sure I would not walk out without paying it. It was unprofessional and unthetical, never the less, emberrasing!!! No manners in customer service. While I was looking for a few items to bjy, he went by aile and placed items back on the shelf when I was not even done deciding what I wanted to purchase, not even out of courtesy asked if it was ok to put items back or offer help. My question is, isn't that hat they get paid for? Home Goods in Brea has products I like that identify with my taste, however employee's need real training and most of all teach them to understand, customers might not always be right, but without them you don't have a business running and can not take a paycheck home. My advice as a consumer, train your employees in a way that they understand what real customer service is. 1. Greet the customer ,2. Offer help with courtesy, with manners. 3 Do not look or stare at customers like if they walked in to the store to steal. 4. I was trying to buy a candle set that was incomplete and was asking for a price Match to another candle set that was complete but while asking the cashier, the store manager Stacey butted it and was very rudely and loudly responded it’s not for sale. Usually they make a price and mark it down as final sale. I wasn’t asking for any price adjustments I was just trying to buy it. Absolutely horrible experience.
