Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Brea

Just wanted to bring to everyone's attention that we have lived in Brea, CA for over 30 years now. When we first moved here we tried the Jack in the box at this location 315 S. Brea Blvd, Brea and it was crap.We never went back. However, in the past year when they came out with the Buttery Jack Burger we decided to go back and give it a try again. It was amazing. And continued to be so until tonight. We were even more disappointed than we were 30 years ago. The food was worse than crap. We will never and I repeat never go to another Jack in the Box again in my lifetime. Worse experience ever. The meat was overdone, the tomatoes were mushy, my chicken ranch was oversalted, the breading was greasy, the fries were undercooked, the chocolate shakes were grainy at the bottom of the glass and I can't even figure out how to describe the onion rings. They were doughy, burnt and smashed all in one lump. I repeat do not give your business to this Jack in the Box. So bad I wouldnt even think of going to...

I was in the mood for some fast food. I noticed this place, the open sign was turned on, the lights inside the restaurant were turned on as well. The drive thru also had the lights on, the menu board were lit and it was all conveying they were open. I pull into the drive thru and stop at the second menu board were they take your order, I am waiting for about 10 minutes. Suddenly an employee comes out through the back, he was taking out trash and in an anemic voice says something, then moments later some lady comes out and says the restaurant was closed. I was annoyed because like I mentioned they were clearing indicating they were open when their lights were on and most importantly their open sign was turned on. Its a guessing game now when they are open and they are not. Its small details that are really important, like turning off...

So I just got turned away from the so called Manager on duty the other night because he thought the $2 bills I had was fake... I am blown away at the way he treated me though like I was some kinda criminal... Oh yeah and he made up a lie saying that his ''machine'' wouldn't take it... He didn't go to any machine, he just stared at the bill and made a 360 spin and told me his ''machine'' won't accept $2 American made Federal Reserve Notes... I guess banks are giving out fake $2 bills now too. This guy's a genius, bravo! Hire more guys like him and btw, if I just so happen to become a "criminal'' I wouldnt be waisting my time on a small 2 dollar bill...who in their right mind would counterfeit a $2 bill?? 🏆 Here's your trophy bud,...
