Floor & Decor — Attraction in Brentwood

I've visited this location several times while searching for flooring, and honestly, I've had a few disappointing experiences with the older gentleman in the flooring department. Unfortunately, it’s happened enough times that I’ve considered going to other locations for help.

However, during my most recent visit while looking for a transition piece to match my flooring, I had the pleasure of meeting Andy. He was, without a doubt, one of the most helpful, pleasant, and honest customer service employees I’ve ever worked with. His professionalism and attitude completely turned my impression of the store around. I would return just to work with him again.

We’re in the middle of a bathroom remodel and walked into Floor & Decor completely clueless about where to start. Thankfully, we had the absolute pleasure of working with Sandra, and she was incredible from start to finish.

She spent so much time walking us through different options, explaining what would work best together, and making sure we felt confident in our choices. Sandra’s eye for design and attention to detail turned what could’ve been an overwhelming process into something exciting and stress-free.

Wow! This store has everything except good customer service! Walked around the entire store, nobody asked to help me. It's ok though I found what I needed, but had forgotten the tile I was trying to match at home. So I waited to ask one of the designers if I could take a tile so I could make sure it matches before purchasing what I needed for my project. I was kindly told of course! Just go to the register and purchase then can return within 90 days if I don't need it. I patiently waited behind 2 customers purchasing multiple things which took about 10 minutes to PURCHASE my one tile. Even the cashier was surprised I had to purchase it! Everywhere else I have been has kindly said I could take a sample to make sure it will coordinate with the rest...
