I decided to take my daughter shopping today. I always go to this location because its convenient. But unfortunately after today They will never get my money or service again! After having wasted thirty minutes in this store shopping for both my daughter and myself then I waited in a line for another ten minutes and saw a sign that said they weren’t accepting 100’s or 50’s. I asked the young lady what if I had $100 worth of clothes and shoes her response was we only take 20’s, 10’s and 5’s we aren’t accepting 100’s and 50’s anymore. The point of this is maybe who ever is in charge of having put that sign up should also put it on the window or door where people enter the store so they won’t waste their time! Not everyone has a credit card and when people cash their checks they are given mostly big bills! I wasted my time here and will never be returning to this location! Apparently they don’t think about their sales I literally had almost a little over a hundred dollars worth of items! Never again and I will never be recommending them either! Sadly I bring all my out of town visitors there and that will no longer...
Read moreFrom my understanding, this place is understaffed and employees overworked The BIGGER issues is THE CUSTOMERS, The entitlement that it's carried and assumed that they can talk to whomever, however way they want to is baffling to me. I heard a customer says "That's why they work in retail". Then why are you here? Why shop there? Or I've witnessed employees just saying hello to the customer and that customer yelled and berated the employee for no reason at all. Yet ask why "THE EMPLOYEES HAVE ATTITUDES". The company is no help. They hire and hire and hire new employees with little to no assist to help them in preparing for ill-mannered customers which happens regularly. Change is now beginning to happen where the customers are now being held accountable and being seen full extents of what the law can do against...
Read moreI visited Madrag Store #630021 at 118 Boston Ave, Bridgeport, CT on 6/12/25 and spent $96.69. When I got home, I noticed a hole in one of the dresses I bought. I returned the next day to exchange it, but the assistant manager, Star, accused me of causing the damage myself. I explained that I only cut the tags off with scissors and the hole wasn’t near the tag, but she refused to accept the return or even offer store credit.
She was extremely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. I asked to speak with the store manager, Sarah, but nothing was resolved. I’ve spent hundreds at this store over time, but after this, I won’t be coming back.
On top of that, the store is disorganized — people yelling, employees gossiping, items mislabeled with wrong prices. This was one of the worst customer service experiences...
