VERY…. Poor customer service after u get the merchandise, not to mention I paid for my delivery and never got it exact time or day weeks later to the point the Manager Millie drove my Device in her own car because she stated her delivery guy quit on her last minute then gets there to my house with no remote so now I had to wait another whole week for the remote to get dropped off so with that being said I still was able to keep my attitude and my frustration at a good place, so now that I missed a payment not even one or two days they will harass you all day long and text you and just nasty talking back and forth Millie the manager is not setting an example for none of her workers she should be the prime example of rudeness harassment, I never say I will have it this time and never did but it’s was okay that they delivered my idea late had no remote then still waited another whole week for that for it to work but now they harass you and then you would talk to somebody and make a arrangement they still call you. They will sent random messages They even tag note at your house when they didn’t even ring no doorbell no nothing just got off the phone with them today and told her when I could make the payment and she still came at My House harassing and leaving note.. I made a payment 8/26 and spoke to customer service and the store manager 8/27 and made another payment. I was told my sectional would be delivered 8/30. I made arrangements and moved everything around for them to come. No one ever showed up, I called customer service and canceled the order they said it has to be processed by the store a manger and they contacted her. They let me know she would process a cancellation and refund. I got a call from her about an hr later and she wanted to confirm I didn’t want the sectional I confirmed I didn’t want it and to cancel the order. She said she canceled it I would get a refund and they wouldn’t charge me anymore. I get a notification from my back with them trying to charge my card this morning. When I contact customer service I’m going through the same process again. She never canceled my order/agreement or processed my refund.
