Pro Billiards — Attraction in Brighton Charter Township

Holy cow! After a water leak mishap & subsequent damage to my 100+ year old Brunswick billiards table, I called numerous local billiards stores to request a quote for restoration & repair. Shockingly, I called store after store with the same reply: If we didn't sell it, we don't service it... I was shocked and frustrated because I literally couldn't find anyone to even look at my antique table! Finally, one store owner recommended Pro Billiards in Brighton and told me they are the only shop to handle this sort of repair.

I picked up the phone and talked with Justin who assured me this is exactly their specialty and that they regularly work with insurance companies for this sort of claim. Justin explained the step-by-step process that would ensue and was always available throughout the entire process to discuss progress, make recommendations, and answer questions.

My 9-foot, 6-leg 1917 Brunswick table was just delivered, and I am blown away about how incredible it looks!!! As an inherited item from my father who passed away in 1991, this is a very special table for many reasons... Now it's not only special from a sentimental standpoint, but I arguably have the nicest table in the entire state of Michigan! I'm not sure how to even give this man a review. It's hard to explain with out writing a book on here. I purchased a brunskick popcorn machine got home got to searching more info on it. Could only find 1 place . Well I kept putting it off for past I'd say 3 weeks. Tonight I said you no what let me call this company because I saw the exact same 1 when I googled it . So I call thos company and the actual owner answer. He gave me so much mind blowing knowledge on this item I can't believe his kindness and would actually speak with me amd teach me the knowledge on this machine .in my line of work this is how I teach customers who purchase products for me telling them how to do it them selfs instead of paying high prices. There are very very few people that will actually sit amd talk to you for very long time amd actually give you knowledge about the product. He explained everything fro. When this was made how many was made how they was sold how durable just everything that's besides what it's worth as he told me . I recently purchased an 8-foot Presidential pool table from Pro Billiards and the entire experience working with them was exceptional! I initially spoke over the phone with Juston, the owner of Pro Billiards, who was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and cared about finding the best fit for my family (none of us are professional pool players) and budget. The following week, we went to the Pro Billiards showroom and looked at several new and used pool tables with Juston where he explained the differences in each table, as well as the various fabric and accessories. It was impressive how much stock they have! We decided on a new Presidential pool table and finalizing the price with Juston was very easy. Juston never tried to pressure us or upsell us. I really liked that everything is priced as turnkey which includes the table, cues, balls, rack, delivery and installation. I called Juston a few days after our showroom visit to tell him that we want to move forward with the pool table. That call was on a Friday and the following Monday, the Pro Billiards crew were at our house setting up the pool table in our basement. The 2-man crew was very friendly, careful and did a great job setting up our table. They gave me some maintenance tips and were on their way after about 2-1/2 hours of installation.
