A Wilde Theatre — Attraction in Brighton

Wow! When we walked in the front door and saw the small stage and relatively small number of seats, I had a fear this was going to be very amateurish production and we would regret trying this place out. MAN was I wrong. The people were fantastic and friendly before the performance with small snacks and drinks available. The production of "Looking" by Norm Foster was a great choice and hilariously written. The actors were spot on with timing and delivery of this romantic comedy. My wife and I could not stop laughing. This was one of the most fun nights in recent memory. Thank You to the actors and staff for making this a great evening. I would buy season tickets if they were available and this caliber performance is the norm for this venue. Updated 5Nov2023: Another great production. Our first visit to see, “Guys on Ice”. It’s a must see! Very well put together, and entertainingly humorous. I was a little apprehensive about it being a musical, but I can’t imagine it without the songs and dance. My husband and I drove from an hour away and we weren’t disappointed. The musical delivered on all that a comedy musical has to offer. Brighton is very fortunate to have this jewel of a theater in it’s mist. The owner was very welcoming and engaging. We saw Lady with all the Answers last night. Angela Dill was fabulous in this one woman show! I was an avid Ann Landers fan and remember the letter about her marriage ending. It brought tears to my eyes as Angela skillfully wove the story for the audience even though I knew what the column was going to say. Thank you to all involved with this show.
