Michael Jewelers went above and beyond, the least I can do is give them a fabulous review! My friend @verdiluneshop made an incredible one of a kind pendant that I have worn night and day on a gorgeous secure rolo chain for the last 4 years! One of my favorite pieces. A crazy accident the other week cause the rolo to snap in the middle and thankfully I did not lose the pendant, however I was devastated that the gorgeous rolo was broken! I had no desire to replace it. I wondered if I could have it repaired? Long story short after contacting Michaels Jewelers, I found out they do in fact repair Jewelry. I brought it in and they were able to repair it for a very affordable price. The excellent customer service and above and beyond care came in when I went to pick up the chain and realized I was unable to add the pendant due to the unique clasp. My dumb self never considered once the chain was repaired the pendant wouldn’t fit, and I kept the one of a kind pendant safe with me rather than giving it to the pros! Not to smart. Instead of an attitude they were super kind, understanding and gracious! They explained the jeweler could fix it and that my pendant would be well cared for and locked up safe. Sure enough, returned next day to find the jeweler had done stellar work, fixed the chain, sealed the loops holding the pendant and even shined the stone up so the whole piece looked as good as when I first claimed it four years ago! So extremely happy with the quality of service and diamonds! Michaels Jewlers has a wonderful display of jewelry fit for everyone, on any budget, while this is nice it seems like everywhere you turn or go there is a jewelry store however Michaels Jewlers in Bristol outshines them all!

I was a customer year back and I hadn’t been in for years because life just happens. I went into the Bristol store for a quick question a few weeks back and the sales woman Leslie helped not only answer my question but went above and beyond! Leslie helped pick out a wedding band and was able to get in samples of the size diamonds I wanted in the type of band I wanted. She responded to every phone call and email promptly and professionally. She made the process so easy! Leslie is a true asset to the company as a whole. My fiancé and I will be back for the wedding band event come March and are very much looking forward to working with Leslie again.

Everyone at this store has been amazing. When I have called and Leslie was not in or available the other staff are just as accommodating. When I called to say I would pick up the ring 2 min before the doors closed, none of the staff seemed annoyed or anxious to get me out of the store so they can go home.

Highly recommend Michael’s!!!! I had my grandmother’s ring repaired last week and I can not say enough good words on the repair. Nancy repaired my ring to perfection. Outstanding talent. Will definitely have her repair or even make my jewelry from this point on. I was impressed from the moment I walked in where I was greeted by Becca who has impeccable social skills, very helpful and kind.
