Classic Blue Barbershop — Local services in Bristol

This was actually our second time going to this shop. On our first visit, my son and I walk in and were greeted with stares from the two barbers working. The kind where you have interrupted a meeting going on. I thought someone would say "hello" or "we'll be with you shortly" ...nope nothing. A good 10-15 minutes passes and finally someone asked if we are there for a haircut. We wait for our guy to show up. Our barber did text us that he would be a few minutes late which was no problem. The barber shows up and is apologetic and gives my son his haircut. We leave very dissatisfied with the lack luster customer service but happy with his cut.

I debated whether to give this shop another chance to redeem themselves. Maybe they were having an off day previously. Boy was I wrong. I drop my son off for his 10:30 appointment on time. Thirty minutes later, someone finally acknowledges him. He gets brought back by Jeremmy who cuts his hair. I pick my son up and ask if his hair got cut because I can't tell. If you want to feel like you don't belong and you like being ignored..then Classic Blue Barbershop is...

I recently moved to the Bristol area and was in need of a new barbershop. I tried out a few local places but none of them compared to Classic Blue Barbershop! When I first walked in I was greeted by Flash. He asked if I had made an appointment and I told him I was doing a walk-in and that it was my first time there. He said it wasn't a problem and got me in the chair right away. I was blown away with the haircut I received! The patience and attention to detail that Flash had was very much appreciated and honestly I think it's the best fade I've ever gotten. While I was in the chair I was taking a look around the shop and I noticed that every barber was KILLING it. They are all amazing. You can't go wrong coming here! Thanks...

I Scheduled for 5 and saw multiple people come in after me and get serviced before me, one guy that went before me had an appointment for 5:30 so Ik it wasn’t that they were all scheduled before, got a good fade from one of the guys but he was extremely rough while cutting my hair, I asked for a little bit off the top and he proceeded to chop my current hair length in half. Extremely dissatisfied with my experience. It does not take a lot of effort to ask specifically how much to take off, ( I could not warn him because he was using scissors and he did it so fast, I thought he was just gonna fade the sides...
