Was my first time going to spirit halloweena and it will be my last. I went there to buy a costume for a get together. Thought why not they seem to have nice things. Bought and spent over $100. Opened my costume and the velcro does not stick the package was already opened it seemed. Went back to exchange it not return and was told by the manager all sales were final. I said im not trying to return it im trying to do an exchange since I am not able to use the costume since the velcro does not stick and it was opened. She said no all sales are final. You would think since they have so many costumes left over on the last day that they would atleast let me exchange my costume. So i basically lost my money and no costume that actualy works.
